Vynález sa týká navíjacieho stroja s viaczá-krutovým vretenom a rieši synchronizáciu otáčokviaczákrutového vřetena a navíjacieho mecha-nizmu. Sú známe skacie stroje, u ktorých sá použí-vajú vretená jednozákrutové s točiacou sa před-lohou, prstencové, dvojzákrutové, trojzákrutovéa viaczákrutové vretená. U tejto techniky nie jemedzi vretenom a navij acou hlavou synchroni-zácia, pretože všetky vretená na stroji májů svojsamostatný pohon a podobné spoločný pohonmajú všetky odťahovacie mechanizmy. Takátokonštrukcia neumožňuje zabezpečit rovnoměrnávýšku zákrutou na každú navíjaciu hlavu a ichnerovnoměrnost sa prejavuje zníženou kvalitouvlákna. Dalšia nevýhoda takejto techniky spo-čívá v tom, že uloženie vřetena oproti odťaho-vaciemu válců neumožňuje stavebnicové uspo-riadanie stroja tak, aby navíjacia hlava s vrete-nom vytvořila samostatné ovládatelná jednotku.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a multi-torsion spindle winding machine and solves the synchronization of a rotary spindle and a winding mechanism. Twisting machines are known in which single-twisted spindles with a twisting pre-leg, annular, twin-twisted, three-twisted and multi-twist spindles are used. In this technique, there is no synchronization between the spindle and the winding head, because all the spindles on the May machine are self-propelled and similar to all drive mechanisms. Such an arrangement does not allow to provide a uniform amount of twist on each winding head, and their uniformity results in reduced fiber quality. A further disadvantage of such a technique is that the spindle bearing does not allow a modular arrangement of the machine so that the winding head with the spindle creates a separate controllable unit.
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje navíjací strojs viaczákrutovým vretenom, ktorěho podstataspočívá v tom, že pozostáva ,z navíjacieho me-chanizmu a viaczákrutového vretená, ktoréhohriadefe sú spojené s hnacím hriadefom pro-stredníctvom primárného převodu, kde hnacíhriadel’, viaczákrutové vřeteno, ako aj navíjacímechanizmus sú uložené v spoločnom ráme. Na-víjací mechanizmus, je opatřený samostatnýmhnaným hriadefom spojeným s hnacím, hriade- fom, prostredníctvom ďalšieho primárného pře-vodu, pričom samostatný hnaný hriadef, opa-třený pozdlžnym otvorom pre přechod vláknaa jeho os je usporiadaná v predlženej osi hria-deíov viaczákrutového vřetena, je spojený cezsekundárný převod s odvalovacím válcoms předlohou, s rozvádzačom a s galetou. Výhodou tohto riešenia je,, že obrátky viaczá-krutového vřetena sú oproti obrátkám navíjacie-ho mechanizmu fubovolne nastavitelné, pričomje týmto risšením zabezpečená synehronizáciaobrátok viaczákrutového vřetena s odťahovourýchlosťou navíjacieho mechanizmu, čo priazni-vo pósobí na spofahlivosť zariadenia.
