Abstract

<p>La presente divulgación provee catéteres que comprenden tuberías de politetrafluoroetileno (PTFE) con combinaciones ventajosas de resistencia, flexibilidad y tamaño. Dichas tuberías pueden exhibir características que incluyen un espesor promedio de la pared de 0,001” o menor, una resistencia de tracción a la rotura mayor que 5000 psi, y un módulo de almacenamiento menor que 100.000 psi a 37 °C.
