Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema y a un proceso para la producción de etanol y productos relacionados a partir de biomasas lignocelulósicas (etanol 2G de segunda generación), particularmente de bagazo de caña de azúcar y paja, sin embargo no limitada a los mismos, integrado con procesos convencionales para la producción de etanol (etanol 1G de primera generación) tales como, por ejemplo, de jugo de caña de azúcar y/o melaza (un proceso que es típicamente Brasileño, ya sea en plantas de azúcar y etanol o en destilerías autónomas), maíz, grano, trigo, sorgo azucarado, remolacha blanca, entre otros, comprendiendo la recuperación/reutilización de corrientes y efluentes. Más específicamente, la presente invención se refiere a un proceso integrado para la producción de etanol y productos relacionados en donde dicho proceso garantiza un mayor rendimiento, particularmente en el uso de materia prima, vapor, energía eléctrica y agua tratada.
