Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una bebida refrescante de café lista para el consumo, en base agua, que comprende sólidos de café o sabor a café, edulcorantes, acidulantes, saborizantes y opcionalmente uno o más componentes bioactivos tales como cafeína taurina, antioxidantes, minerales y vitaminas hidrosolubles. La bebida ofrece unas características óptimas de refrescancia debido a su nivel de dulzura, el cual se determina por la relación entre los sólidos solubles aportados por los edulcorantes y la acidez titulable de la bebida.
