Abstract

Un dispositivo a válvula multifuncional (1) es descrito, para expulsar la humedad y saturado el vapor, adaptado para funcionar, por la diferencia de presión que existe dentro del edificio de estructuras y adaptado para ser colocado en los recreos de construir sobres; el dispositivo (1) comprende: un primer elemento de propiedad (3) equipado con un primer conducto hueco (5) para comunicar con exterior el dispositivo (1); un segundo sosteniendo elemento (7) vigentemente acoplado con el primer elemento de propiedad (3) y equipado con un asiento(una sede) que contiene (9), el segundo sosteniendo elemento (7) más lejos siendo equipado con un segundo conducto hueco (13) para comunicar con exterior el dispositivo (1); y un abren y cierran el elemento (11,11 , 15) del dispositivo (1), el abren y cierran el elemento (11, 11 , 15) siendo adaptado para asumir una posición de cierre del dispositivo (1) en el cual está en el contacto con el primer elemento de propiedad (3) el cierre, el primer conducto hueco (5), el abre y cierra el elemento (11, 11 , 15) siendo adaptado para también asumir una posición de apertura del dispositivo (1) en el cual no está en el contacto con el primer elemento de propiedad (3) y comunica el primer conducto hueco (5) y el segundo conducto hueco (13).
