Abstract
Un sistema de acoplamiento y método de uso de los acoplamientos para ubicar una herramienta de fondo de pozo conectada a tubería continua, tal como un ensamble de fondo de pozo, dentro de un segmento seleccionado de una sarta de tubería de revestimiento. El segmento seleccionado de tubería de revestimiento puede ser un collar adaptado o carcasa adaptada que permite el tratamiento y/o estimulación de la formación de pozo adyacente. El sistema de acoplamiento puede ser dos, tres, o cuatro acoplamientos que se separan en longitudes predeterminadas. Las longitudes predeterminadas pueden ser más cortas que las longitudes de segmentos de tubería de revestimiento típicas. La distancia entre el primer y segundo acoplamiento puede ser sustancialmente idéntica a la distancia entre el tercer y cuarto acoplamiento. El uso de distancias entre los acoplamientos que son más cortas que la longitud de segmentos de tubería de revestimiento convencionales puede proporcionar indicadores de superficie a la ubicación del ensamble de fondo de pozo con una mayor confianza que la que se basa en una hoja de registro tradicional.
