Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y dispositivo de enfriamiento de alambre para procesos de patentado, donde el dispositivo comprende un bloque de material de capacidad térmica muy elevada con un canal adaptado para permitir el paso de un alambre a enfriar y al menos un conducto para la circulación de un fluido refrigerante, y además comprende al menos una tobera capaz de inyectar un chorro de fluido turbulento en dirección al alambre a enfriar. El chorro turbulento es capaz de producir un enfriamiento en el tiempo y medida necesarios para el proceso de patentado, obviando así la necesidad de utilizar baños de plomo.
