Abstract
La invención se refiere a un aparato inteligente de bombeo hidráulico para producción de petróleo, registro de presiones y temperatura, cierre temporal, restauración de presiones, e igualación de presiones en una sola y sencilla operación.El aparato inteligente de bombeo hidráulico de la presente invención comprende un ensamble de bomba jet, acoplada a una válvula de cierre de fondo, y ésta acoplada a un porta sensores, formando un conjunto integral mono bloque.La incorporación de una válvula de cierre de fondo a la bomba jet de la de la presente invención, es un avance tecnológico no conocido en la industria de petróleo, tanto por su diseño como por su funcionamiento, ya que el cierre es generado por un sistema de pistón y dos esferas.La recuperación del aparato inteligente se genera por la apertura de un by-pass al inyectar un fluido motriz en reversa a una presión baja (100 a 500 psi).
