Abstract
Proceso para la fabricación de por lo menos un compuesto derivado de etileno a partir de un gas residual de bajo valor que comprende los pasos de: a) someter al gas residual de bajo valor, que opcionalmente contiene la fracción El reciclada del paso d), a una serie de pasos de tratamiento en una unidad de recuperación de gas residual de bajo valor para eliminar los componentes no deseados presentes en el mismo y para obtener una mezcla de productos que contienen etileno y otros constituyentes; b) someter a dicha mezcla de productos a un primer paso de separación Si que consiste en separar a dichos productos que contienen etileno y otros constituyentes para dar una fracción que contiene a los compuestos que son más livianos que el etileno y parte del etileno que se denomina fracción F1 y una fracción F2; c) enviar a la fracción F1 a una unidad de recuperación de etileno en la cual se la separa para dar una fracción enriquecida en etileno que se denomina la fracción El y una fracción enriquecida en los compuestos que son más livianos que el etileno que se denomina fracción liviana; d) reciclar la fracción El al paso a) o llevarla a la fabricación de por lo menos un compuesto derivado de etileno; e) someter a la fracción F2 a un segundo paso de separación S2 que consiste en separar a la fracción F2 para dar una fracción enriquecida en etileno que se denomina la fracción E2 o dos fracciones enriquecidas con etileno que se denominan las fracciones E2a y E2b, y una fracción enriquecida en etano e hidrocarburos que contienen por lo menos 3 átomos de carbono que se denomina la fracción pesada; f) llevar luego a la fracción E2 o a las fracciones E2a y E2b a la fabricación de por lo menos un compuesto derivado de etileno.
