Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método de mapeo genético de la palma polinizada tenera con el fin de encontrar un marcador ligado al gen de la cáscara.Dicho método utiliza marcadores RFLP y SSR codominantes y SNP y AFLP dominantes. Por consiguiente, se logra un mapa genético denso suficiente para establecer la relación de ligamiento entre los marcadores mapeados y los caracteres de interés (gen de la cáscara).
