Abstract

Circuitos fotosensores incluyen una bobina de relé configurada para controlar la aplicación de una fuente de potencia de corriente alterna (AC) a una carga. Un circuito modulador de amplitud de pulso se configura para generar una señal modulada de amplitud de pulso con una amplitud de pulso que varía en respuesta a un voltaje promedio a través de la bobina de relé. Un transistor excitador controla el voltaje promedio a través de la bobina de relé en respuesta a la señal modulada de amplitud de pulso. Un circuito de fotocontrol controla la aplicación de la señal modulada de amplitud de pulso al transistor excitador en respuesta a un nivel de luz detectado. Un rectificador de media onda suministra una señal de potencia al circuito modulador de amplitud de pulso y al circuito de fotocontrol durante una de las mitades del ciclo de línea de la fuente de potencia AC. El circuito de fotocontrol incluye un fototransistor. Un circuito de filtro de paso bajo filtra la corriente de salida del fototransistor para proporcionar un voltaje de señal de nivel de luz. Un transistor de selección acopla la señal modulada de amplitud de pulso al transistor excitador durante una de las mitades del ciclo de línea de la fuente de potencia AC en respuesta al voltaje de señal de nivel de luz con un nivel seleccionado.
