Abstract

EVAPORADOR DE CONCENTRACIÓN DE VINASA PARA DESTILERÍAS EN GENERAL se aplica preferiblemente en la destilería (1) de etanol, cuyos equipos constituyentes permiten lograr el proceso de concentración de vinasa (2) utilizando el depósito regulador (T1) de evaporación como rehervidor de las columnas (C1 y C2), así como también el depósito regulador (T2) de la evaporación como condensador de las columnas mencionadas (C1 y C2), sin consumo extra de energía o vapor (3) y agua (4), por la utilización de bombas (5) para el movimiento del producto; precalentadores (no representados) para el calentamiento del vino (6); un calentador final (no representado) para lograr el último calentamiento del vino (6); una columna (C1) responsable de la primera destilación; depósitos reguladores (T) que ejecutan la evaporación de la vinasa; separadores (S) que disocian los vapores de los líquidos en el evaporador; una columna (C2) responsable de la segunda destilación; el condensador evaporador (7) que condensa los vapores de los últimos efectos y el sistema de remoción de aire (8) del equipo por medio de vacío. VINASE CONCENTRATION EVAPORATOR FOR DISTILLERIES IN GENERAL is preferably applied in the distillery (1) of ethanol, whose constituent equipment allows to achieve the process of concentration of vinases (2) using the evaporation regulator tank (T1) as a column reboiler ( C1 and C2), as well as the evaporation regulating tank (T2) as a condenser of the mentioned columns (C1 and C2), without extra consumption of energy or steam (3) and water (4), by the use of pumps (5) for product movement; preheaters (not shown) for heating the wine (6); a final heater (not shown) to achieve the last heating of the wine (6); a column (C1) responsible for the first distillation; regulatory deposits (T) that carry out the evaporation of the kinase; separators (S) that dissociate the vapors of the liquids in the evaporator; a column (C2) responsible for the second distillation; the evaporator condenser (7) that condenses the vapors of the last effects and the air removal system (8) of the equipment by means of vacuum.
