Abstract

Se divulga un sistema conector coaxial. El sistema conector incluye un miembro flexible (100) que cuenta con una porción conductora interna y una porción externa, montada y dispuesta la porción conductora interna para enganchar y retener físicamente un conductor externo (24) de un cable coaxial (20). El sistema conector comprende igualmente una pinza de accionamiento conductora (200) que tiene mordazas montadas y dispuestas para enganchar y retener físicamente un conductor interno (28) del cable coaxial (20). Las mordazas pueden moverse desde una posición pre-enganchada abierta a una configuración enganchada cerrada luego de la inserción del conductor interno (28) en la pinza de accionamiento (200). El sistema conector puede usarse para ofrecer una conexión segura de un cable coaxial, tal como un cable coaxial de energía, a una caja de distribución y disuadir o impedir en esa forma el robo de energía.
