Abstract
1.- Aparato para la remoción de fluidos y/o sólidos desde una mezcla de materiales de partícula con un recipiente que constituye un espacio de procesamiento en forma de anillo con un contorno exterior cilíndrico con dispositivos para la carga y descarga del material en partícula hacia dentro y fuera del espacio de procesamiento y con un dispositivo de ventilador para suministrar un agente de fluidización desde la parte inferior hacia el espacio de procesamiento así como también dispositivos para el procesamiento del agente de fluidización en la dirección de flujo al frente del dispositivo de ventilador, por medio del cual en las celdas de espacio de procesamiento se forman y se extienden en la dirección vertical a través de las paredes que se extienden verticalmente, donde una celda constituye una celda de descarga a través de la cual no existe o está disminuido el flujo del agente de fluidización desde abajo, donde en el extremo inferior de la celda de descarga se dispone el dispositivo de descarga, y donde otra celda se suministra con el dispositivo de carga y forman una celda de carga, y donde las celdas se abren en sus extremos superiores, caracterizado porque, por encima de las paredes (8), están dispuestas cucharas de enrollado (9), que se inclinan o se curvan en la dirección de flujo de la celda de carga (15) a la celda de descarga (17), el diámetro exterior de las cucharas de enrollado (9) no es mayor que el diámetro exterior de las paredes (8) y las cucharas de enrollado (9) están rodeadas por una chaqueta exterior (3) que no se sobresalen radialmente por fuera sobre la chaqueta exterior (3) que rodea las paredes (8), y por encima de las cucharas de enrollado (9) existen dispuestas cucharas de enrollado adicionales (11), que despliegan una orientación idéntica con respecto a las cucharas de enrollado (9) y que despliegan una mayor inclinación o curvatura. 2.- El aparato de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la chaqueta exterior (3) del recipiente (2) por encima del espacio de procesamiento (20) tiene un estrechamiento en forma cilíndrica o cónica. 3.- El aparato de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado porque las celdas (15, 16, 17) se hacen de paredes verticales (8) en cuyo extremo superior se unen las cucharas de enrollado (9).
