Abstract
1.- Un método para producir un agente antimicrobiano soluble en agua que comprende: preparar una solución que incluye al menos lo siguiente i) agua; ii) un polímero hidrofílico soluble en agua que incluye un componente sulfonado; y iii) al menos una composición de metal oligodinámico que tiene iones de metal oligodinámico que interactúan con dicho polímero hidrofílico, en donde al menos dicha composición de metal oligodinámico incluye partículas de metal de tamaño pequeño. 2.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, en donde: las partículas de tamaño pequeño incluyen partículas de tamaño nanométrico. 3.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, en donde: la solución además incluye al menos un ácido soluble en agua. 4.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 3, en donde: al menos un ácido soluble en agua incluye al menos un ácido orgánico. 5.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 4, en donde: al menos un ácido orgánico se selecciona del grupo que incluye ácido acético, ácido málico, ácido cítrico, ácido ascórbico, ácido salicíclico, y ácido fórmico. 6.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 3, en donde: al menos un ácido soluble en agua incluye al menos un ácido inorgánico. 7.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 6, en donde: al menos un ácido inorgánico se selecciona del grupo que incluye ácido bórico y dioctilborato. 8.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, en donde: al menos una composición de metal oligodinámico comprende al menos un metal noble. 9.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 8, en donde: al menos un metal noble se selecciona del grupo que incluye Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, e Ir. 10.- El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, en donde: al menos una composición de metal oligodinámico comprende al menos un metal pesado.1. A method for producing a water soluble antimicrobial agent comprising: preparing a solution that includes at least the following i) water; ii) a water soluble hydrophilic polymer that includes a sulfonated component; and iii) at least one oligodynamic metal composition having oligodynamic metal ions that interact with said hydrophilic polymer, wherein at least said oligodynamic metal composition includes small sized metal particles. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein: the particles of small size include particles of nanometric size. 3. The method according to claim 1, wherein: the solution also includes at least one water soluble acid. 4. The method according to claim 3, wherein: at least one water soluble acid includes at least one organic acid. 5. The method according to claim 4, wherein: at least one organic acid is selected from the group that includes acetic acid, malic acid, citric acid, ascorbic acid, salicyclic acid, and formic acid. 6. The method according to claim 3, wherein: at least one water soluble acid includes at least one inorganic acid. 7. The method according to claim 6, wherein: at least one inorganic acid is selected from the group that includes boric acid and dioctylborate. 8. The method according to claim 1, wherein: at least one oligodynamic metal composition comprises at least one noble metal. 9. The method according to claim 8, wherein: at least one noble metal is selected from the group that includes Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, and Ir. 10.- The method according to claim 1, in where: at least one oligodynamic metal composition comprises at least one heavy metal.
