Abstract

1.- Una guía de osteotomía para cortar un hueso, dicha guía de osteotomía comprende: un dispositivo de posicionamiento que incluye un número de puntos de fijación; y un elemento de guía acoplado a dicho dispositivo de posicionamiento; dicho elemento de guía está estructurado para alinearse a dicho hueso, con el fin de realizar un procedimiento de osteotomía en dicho hueso,en donde dicho número de puntos de fijación de dicho dispositivo de posicionamiento están estructurados para acoplarse a dicho hueso y mantener alineación de dicho elemento de guía con respecto a dicha porción de dicho hueso durante dicho procedimiento de osteotomía, con el fin de que dicho procedimiento de osteotomía sea sustancialmente reproducible. 2.- La guía de osteotomía según la reivindicación 1, en donde dicho dispositivo de posicionamiento comprende un primer elemento pivotal alargado y un segundo elemento pivotal alargado; en donde cada uno de dichos primer elemento pivotal alargado y segundo elemento pivotal alargado incluye un primer extremo, un segundo extremo opuesto y distal del primer extremo, y un punto de pivote colocado entre el primer extremo y el segundo extremo en donde dicho número de puntos de fijación es un primer punto de fijación colocado en o cerca del primer extremo de dicho primer elemento pivotal alargado, y un segundo punto de fijación colocado en o cerca del primer extremo de dicho segundo elemento pivotal alargado; en donde dicho punto de pivote de dicho primer elemento pivotal alargado se acopla pivotalmente a dicho punto de pivote de dicho segundo elemento pivotal alargado con el fin de que dicho primer punto de fijación y dicho segundo punto de fijación se muevan hacia y aparten el uno del otro; en donde dicho primer elemento de guía se acopla a una primera porción de dicho dispositivo de posicionamiento; y en donde dicho segundo elemento de guía se acopla a una segunda porción de dicho dispositivo de posicionamiento.
