Abstract

En una disposición de caldera de lecho fluidizado circulante con un sistema de separador de sólidos y un circuito de vapor/agua para circular vapor y agua, un sistema de descarga de vapor para uso durante una condición de "black plant", el sistema de descarga de vapor comprende: medios para transportar vapor del circuito de vapor/agua; y medios, conectados a los medios para transportar vapor, para inyectar el vapor transportado dentro del horno, enfriando por lo tanto el sistema separador de sólidos y reduciendo la presión en el circuito de vapor/agua. El sistema de descarga de vapor de la Reivindicación 1, en donde los medios para inyectar el vapor transportado dentro del horno comprende adicionalmente un cabezal de inyección de vapor y una pluralidad de boquillas para inyección. El sistema de descarga de vapor de la Reivindicación 1, en donde los medios para inyectar el vapor transportado dentro del horno comprende adicionalmente cabezales de inyección de vapor y boquillas para inyección de un sistema SNCR conectado al horno. El sistema de descarga de vapor de la Reivindicación 1, en donde el circuito de vapor/agua incluye un tambor de vapor y un sistema de descarga de vapor que comprende adicionalmente una bomba de goteo conectada al tambor de vapor para mantener el flujo de agua al tambor de vapor, con lo cual se aparta el vapor perdido del circuito de vapor/agua por inyección dentro del horno. El sistema de descarga de vapor de la Reivindicación 1, en donde la disposición de caldera comprende adicionalmente un cabezal de entrada del atemperador, y los medios para transportar vapor comprenden un conducto de suministro de vapor conectado entre el cabezal de entrada del atemperador y los medios para inyectar vapor dentro del horno.
