Abstract
Un método para la detección e identificación de variantes en E6 HPV16, que comprende los pasos de: (a) Tener una muestra biológica que se sospeche tiene infección por HPV16. (b) Proporcionar un par de primers bidireccionales dirigidos hacia partes específicas en la región E6 de HPV16 que amplifican un fragmento de 562 pb; (c) Realización de una reacción para amplificar el DNA derivado de la muestra usando el par de primers; (d) detección del DNA de HPV 16 de los productos de la amplificación de la muestra; (e) identificación específica de 73 variantes diferentes en el gen E6 HPV16. A method according to claim 3, wherein the first and second consensus regions are in the ORV E6 of HPV 16. A method according to claim 4, wherein the primers are described and defined in FIG. 1. A method according to claim 5, wherein one of each pair of primers is labeled with biotin A method according to claims 1 and 2 wherein step (d) is carried out by hybridization of the products amplified with a variety of specific E6 probes of HPV16. A method according to claim 7, wherein the specific probes are complementary to DNA sequences of E6 HPV16 between nucleotide 28 and nucleotide 580 of E6 of HPV16.
