Abstract
Un proceso para producir una bebida malteada en polvo, el proceso comprende:mezclado en húmedo de los ingredientes líquidos de la bebida con una primera porción de ingredientes secos de bebida malteada para proporcionar una mezcla húmeda cuyo contenido húmedo es de 20% o menos;secado al vacío de la mezcla húmeda para proporcionar una torta seca;triturado de la torta seca en un polvo base; ymezclado en seco del polvo base con una segunda porción de ingredientes secos de bebida malteada para proporcionar la bebida malteada en polvo.
