Abstract

Artículo absorbente, tal como un protector de incontinencia,toalla sanitaria o pañal o similar, que tiene una porción posterior (102; 202; 302), una porción frontal (104; 204; 304) y una porción de entrepierna (106; 206; 306) y el artículo comprende una capa de superficie permeable a los líquidos (112; 212; 312) dispuesta en una primer superficie del artículo, y una capa de superficie impermeable a los líquidos (110; 210; 310) dispuesta en una segunda superficie del artículo, y un cuerpo absorbente (108; 208; 308) dispuesta entre la capas (112; 110, 212, 210, 312, 310), caracterizado porque el artículo absorbente comprende al menos un material termoencogible (130; 231, 232, 233, 234; 336) que ha sido termotratado después de la aplicación del material al artículo, como resultado del cual el material se ha encogido en una o más direcciones al exponerse al calor, la primer superficie del artículo tiene una forma de copa esencialmente estable.
