Abstract

Sistema de entrega de adhesivo dental (10) con cápsula(11), la cual contiene una cantidad de adhesivo dental (15) de uso simple, dentro de un contenedor (14) no resellable que puede ser utilizado en el tratamiento de un paciente individualmente. La cantidad empacada de adhesivo (15) puede incluir hasta la suma requerida para atender todos los dientes que necesitan tratamiento de no más que una sola persona, por ejemplo, en el rango de aproximadamente 0,05 a 1,0 ml. La cantidad empacada puede incluir una dosis sólo lo suficientemente amplia para el tratamiento de un solo diente o para la aplicación en una sola restauración, por ejemplo, en una cantidad aproximada de 0,1 ml. El adhesivo es del que incluye un solvente volátil u otro transportador líquido, tal como por ejemplo, agua o un líquido orgánico tal como acetona o alcohol. La representación preferida, se dispone de un alcohol de base para el adhesivo con un llenador de aproximadamente 25% en peso. El contenedor (14) de uso individual de preferencia está formado por una cubeta (20) de plástico moldeado inyectado e incluye una sección (30) del tanque que tiene una cavidad (22) en cual éste contiene el adhesivo (15) y una sección (31) libre rodeando una abertura (24) para recibir la varilla (21) de ajuste de presión. La varilla (21) y la sección libre son despedidos y el adhesivo (15) es removido por la punta (55) de la vara (12) para hacer la aplicación al diente del paciente, con lo cual el contenedor que no es resellable, es despedido. Se tiene un contenedor secundario de sello al vapor tal como un bolsillo (13) de material laminado, plástico o polilaminado, por ejemplo, que limita el escape y evita la pérdida inaceptable del transportador orgánico o solvente a partir del adhesivo (15).
