Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un proceso mejoradopara la preparación y envase de bebidas tales como el producto envasado libre de preservativo y aditivo que puede ser transportado y almacenado durante largos períodos de tiempo sin la necesidad para refrigeración. Específicamente, la presente invención proporciona un proceso para el envase de bebida que comprende: a) Calentar la bebida hasta una temperatura cerca de 185 hasta 205°F (85 hasta 96°C) en un conducto cerrado; b)Mantener la temperatura de la bebida dentro del conducto por cerca de 0.5 hasta 3 minutos, c) Pasar la bebida calentada en un tanque de distribución que tiene un promedio de altura a diámetro de por lo menos cerca de 5 a 1 en el cual la bebida es mantenida a un nivel sustancialmente constante; d) Pasar la bebida desde el tanque de distribución por al menos un conducto para llenar saquitos de película polimérica; e) Sellar la parte superior de cada saquito para formar un recipiente; f) Mantener cada recipiente en condiciones ambientales por al menos cerca de 1 minuto; y g) Contactar cada recipiente por al menos cerca de 2 minutos con fluido mantenido a una temperatura bajo cerca de 100°F(37.7° C) para enfriar la bebida en el recipiente hasta una temperatura de menos de cerca de 100°F(37.7°C).La presente invención además proporciona un aparato para llevar a cabo el proceso que comprende: a) Medio para calentar la bebida hasta una temperatura de cerca de 185 hasta 2O5°F (85 hasta 96°C) en un conducto cerrado; b) Medio para mantener la temperatura de la bebida dentro del conducto por cerca de 5 hasta 3 minutos; c) Medio para pasar la bebida calentada en un tanque de distribución que tiene un promedio de altura a diámetro de por lo menos cerca de 5 hasta 1 en el cual la bebida es mantenida a un nivel sustancialmente constante;...
