THE CLAIM 1 PROCESS IN WHICH THE ENZYME IS AN ALPHA AMYLASE DERIVED FROM MICROORGANISM BACILLUS STEAROTHERMOPHILUS (UNDERLINED). 3. THE PROCESS OF CLAIM 2 IN WHICH THE AQUEOUS PASTE INCLUDES BETWEEN AROUND 20% AND AROUND 50% IN DRY STARCH CONTAINING AMYLOPECTIN. 4. THE CLAIM 3 PROCESS IN WHICH THE PASTA IS TREATED WITH ALPHA AMYLASE ENZYME DURING BETWEEN 3 AND 30 MINUTES APPROXIMATELY AT A TEMPERATURE OF BETWEEN 102 AND 112 DEGREES DEGREE OF CLAIMS 4, 5. THE PROCESS OF CLAIM 4 IN WHICH THE TREATED PASTA IS SUBMITTED TO ANOTHER TREATMENT DURING BETWEEN 1 AND 90 MINUTES, APPROXIMATELY AT A TEMPERATURE OF BETWEEN 90 AND 100 DEGREES DEGREE. 6. THE CLAIM 4 PROCESS IN WHICH THE ENZYME IS INACTIVATED BY ADJUSTING THE PH BETWEEN 3.5 AND 4.5 APPROXIMATELY AND MAINTAINING THE TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 60 AND 100 DEGREES CENTRATED BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY 10 AND 240 MINUTES. 7. THE PROCESS OF CLAIM 4 IN WHICH THE STARCH CONTAINING AMYLOPECTIN HAS MORE THAN 50% AMYLOPECTIN. 8. THE CLAIM PROCESS 4 N WHICH HIGH MOLECULAR MALTODEXTRIN IS SEPARATED FROM THE ULTRAFILTARCITY CLARIFIED LIQUID. 9. THE PROCESS OF CLAIM 6 IN WHICH HIGH MOLECULAR AMYLOPECTIN HAS A CONCENTRATION OF BETWEEN 70% AND 100% APPROXIMATELY. 10. A MOLECULAR HIGH WEIGHT MALTODEXTRIN PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROCESS INDICATED IN CLAIM 1. 1. A STARCH TRANSFORMATION PRODUCT WITH LOW E, D. AND HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT DERIVED FROM STARCH CONTAINING AMYLOPECTIN AND INCLUDING A MALTODEXTRIN WITH BRANCHED MOLECULES AND LINKS (ALPHA 1.6) MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF APPROXIMATELY DALTON AND ONE E.D. LESS THAN 8. 12. A PRODUCT OF CLAIM 11 WHICH IS IN THE FORM OF A SYRUP. 13. THE PRODUCT OF CLAIM 11 WHICH IS IN THE FORM OF POWDER. 14.
