THE CLAIM 1 PROCESS IN WHICH THE ENZYME IS AN ALPHA AMYLASE DERIVED FROM MICROORGANISM BACILLUS STEAROTHERMOPHILUS (UNDERLINED). 3. THE PROCESS OF CLAIM 2 IN WHICH THE AQUEOUS PASTE INCLUDES BETWEEN AROUND 20% AND AROUND 50% IN DRY STARCH CONTAINING AMYLOPECTIN. 4. THE CLAIM 3 PROCESS IN WHICH THE PASTA IS TREATED WITH ALPHA AMYLASE ENZYME DURING BETWEEN 3 AND 30 MINUTES APPROXIMATELY AT A TEMPERATURE OF BETWEEN 102 AND 112 DEGREES DEGREE OF CLAIMS 4, 5. THE PROCESS OF CLAIM 4 IN WHICH THE TREATED PASTA IS SUBMITTED TO ANOTHER TREATMENT DURING BETWEEN 1 AND 90 MINUTES, APPROXIMATELY AT A TEMPERATURE OF BETWEEN 90 AND 100 DEGREES DEGREE. 6.
