Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un gel de emulsión de aceite en agua que comprende bromuro de tiotropio para uso tópico. Puede utilizarse en cosmética, como antitranspirante o en la prevención y/o tratamiento de la hiperhidrosis. Tras su aplicación en la piel, se forman nanopartículas y la sustancia farmacológica penetra en la piel donde ejerce su efecto. El gel de emulsión de aceite en agua está compuesto de tal manera que la sustancia farmacológica permea la epidermis y entra en la dermis, pero solo en menor medida permea a través de la dermis y en la circulación sistémica.
