Abstract

[40] La presente invención hace referencia a un método para detectar la presencia del virus del síndrome respiratorio agudo severo asociado virus (SARS-CoV-2) en una muestra biológica por transcripción reversa acoplada a la reacción en cadena de la polimerasa (RT-PCR) en tiempo real, a partir de conjuntos de cebadores y sondas que permiten la amplificación simultánea de dos genes virales y un gen humano de control en una misma reacción. El método permite realizar un diagnóstico in vitro de COVID19 a partir de muestras biológicas humanas, preferiblemente muestras del tracto respiratorio humano como hisopados nasofaríngeos.[40] The present invention refers to a method for detecting the presence of the severe acute respiratory syndrome virus associated virus (SARS-CoV-2) in a biological sample by reverse transcription coupled to the polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR) in real time, from sets of primers and probes that allow the simultaneous amplification of two viral genes and a human control gene in the same reaction.
