Abstract

La presente invención hace referencia un artículo absorbente que comprende una lámina superior permeable a líquidos, una lámina posterior impermeable a líquidos y un núcleo absorbente ubicado entre la lámina superior permeable a líquidos y la lámina posterior impermeable a líquidos, cada capa tiene un costado que da hacia la piel dicho artículo absorbente está dispuesto a lo largo de un eje longitudinal y un eje transversal que se extiende en una dirección perpendicular con relación al eje longitudinal, y dicho artículo absorbente define una parte frontal que tiene un borde delantero, una parte posterior que tiene un borde posterior y una parte de entrepierna entre dicha porción frontal y dicha parte posterior, en donde dicha parte posterior de dicho artículo absorbente comprende además una capa de captura que se extiende transversalmente, donde dicha capa de captura comprende además un borde transversal exterior que da a dicho borde posterior y dos bordes longitudinales que se sellan a cualquier parte de dicho artículo absorbente, donde dicha capa de captura comprende además un borde transversal interior que da hacia dicho borde frontal, dicho borde transversal interior no está sellado para la recolección de heces, en donde dicha capa de captura está colocada para cubrir al menos parcialmente el costado de la lámina superior que da hacia la piel, en donde dicho núcleo absorbente comprende al menos un espesor, en donde al menos dicha parte posterior de dicho artículo absorbente comprende además al menos una zona orientada de manera central en dicho núcleo absorbente, dicha zona está al menos parcialmente rebajada, lo que da como resultado que dicha zona tenga un espesor generalmente menor en relación con el espesor de las partes circundantes del núcleo absorbente.
