Abstract

Un método y sistema de medición óptica. El sistema incluye, y el método aplica, una fuente de luz, un divisor de haz, al menos un filtro, un fotodetector de salida para adquirir datos de una muestra y un fotodetector de corrección para corregir y mantener la intensidad de salida de la fuente de luz. El filtro está ubicado entre la fuente de luz y el fotodetector de corrección para normalizar el espectro de la luz de entrada que se aplica a la corrección de la luz de entrada. El filtro se puede incorporar en el divisor de haz y puede ser sintonizado a la luz del filtro de la fuente de luz para proporcionar una transmisión distinta a cero de la luz con un gradiente cercano a cero para longitudes de onda en una porción del espectro de la luz de entrada que se aplica a la muestra y que es leída por el fotodetector de salida. El filtro también puede o alternativamente puede estar ubicado aguas abajo del divisor de haz para corregir la sensibilidad a la longitud de onda del fotodetector de corrección.
