Abstract
La presente invención se encuentra dirigida a un proceso de extracción, cuantificación y recuperación de aditivos en polipropileno caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de lavado del material plástico (A), molienda del material (A) hasta tamaño de partícula entre 10 y 500 micras, extracción en donde el material (A) se transfiere a una columna (1) y luego sucesivamente dicho material pasa a la columna (2), columna (3) y columna (4) respectivamente para sucesivas extracciones con solventes(I), (II), (III) y (IV), extracción en columnas empacadas, en donde el solvente con los aditivos obtenidos de cada extracción de las columnas (1), (2), (3) y (4) se pasa por una columna empacada (1’), (2’), (3’) y (4’) respectivamente, cristalización de los aditivos obtenidos después de cada etapa de extracción en las columnas empacadas (1’), (2’), (3’) y (4’) respectivamente; y cuantificación de los aditivos obtenidos y en donde el material de residuo sin los aditivos se somete a pirólisis.
