Abstract
La presente invención se encuentra dirigida a un proceso de extracción, cuantificación y recuperación de aditivos en polipropileno caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de lavado del material plástico (A), molienda del material (A) hasta tamaño de partícula entre 10 y 500 micras, extracción en donde el material (A) se transfiere a una columna (1) y luego sucesivamente dicho material pasa a la columna (2), columna (3) y columna (4) respectivamente para sucesivas extracciones con solventes(I), (II), (III) y (IV), extracción en columnas empacadas, en donde el solvente con los aditivos obtenidos de cada extracción de las columnas (1), (2), (3) y (4) se pasa por una columna empacada (1’), (2’), (3’) y (4’) respectivamente, cristalización de los aditivos obtenidos después de cada etapa de extracción en las columnas empacadas (1’), (2’), (3’) y (4’) respectivamente; y cuantificación de los aditivos obtenidos y en donde el material de residuo sin los aditivos se somete a pirólisis.The present invention is directed to a process for the extraction, quantification and recovery of additives in polypropylene characterized in that it comprises the stages of washing the plastic material (A), grinding the material (A) to particle size between 10 and 500 microns, extraction where the material (A) is transferred to a column (1) and then successively said material passes to column (2), column (3) and column (4) respectively for successive extractions with solvents (I), (II) , (III) and (IV), extraction in packed columns, where the solvent with the additives obtained from each extraction of columns (1), (2), (3) and (4) is passed through a packed column ( 1 '), (2'), (3 ') and (4') respectively, crystallization of the additives obtained after each extraction stage in packed columns (1 '), (2'), (3 ') and (4 ') respectively; and quantification of the additives obtained and where the waste material without the additives is subjected to pyrolysis.
