Abstract
La presente invención proporciona nuevas metodologías para la determinación del potencial industrial de aceite (PIA) en un proceso de extracción de aceite de palma. En general, las metodologías de la invención se basan en el análisis del licor de prensa mediante la determinación del caudal y la cantidad de aceite contenido en el mismo por medio del uso de dispositivos semi-automatizados o automatizados. La invención también se refiere a la implementación de estas metodologías de forma que se logra monitorear el PIA en tiempo real en la planta de beneficio.The present invention provides new methodologies for determining the industrial oil potential (PIA) in a palm oil extraction process. In general, the methodologies of the invention are based on the analysis of the press liquor by determining the flow rate and the amount of oil contained therein through the use of semi-automated or automated devices. The invention also relates to the implementation of these methodologies so that the PIA can be monitored in real time at the profit plant.
