Abstract

La invención, de acuerdo con un primer aspecto, se refiere a un sistema de liberación de ácaros beneficiosos que consiste en un compartimento para ácaros, que retiene una población de una especie de ácaros beneficiosos. Otro aspecto más de la invención se refiere al uso de un sistema de acuerdo para introducir una especie de ácaros beneficiosos en un área objetivo y a un método para controlar en un área objetivo una plaga capaz de ser depredada por una especie de artrópodos depredadores. Otro aspecto más de la invención se refiere a un método para producir un producto agrícola entre una serie de organismos no humanos susceptibles de plagas que pueden ser depredados por una especie de artrópodos depredadores.
