Abstract
本发明公开了中华甲虫蒲螨在制备防治柑橘木虱的制剂中的应用。本发明通过实验发现中华甲虫蒲螨对柑橘木虱具有良好的防治效果,因此可以将中华甲虫蒲螨在制备防治柑橘木虱的制剂中的应用。本发明采用中华甲虫蒲螨防治柑橘木虱,其是一种生物防治方法,不会产生化学农药造成的污染环境、危害人类健康、还导致害虫产生抗药性等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于柑橘木虱防治领域,具体涉及中华甲虫蒲螨在制备柑橘木虱生物防治制剂中的应用。
背景技术
黄龙病(huanglongbing)是柑橘上的毁灭性病害,对世界柑橘产业造成巨大的经济损失,在中国南方也危害严重。由于黄龙病菌至今难以人工培养,其灾变机理仍未完全理清,直接根除病树中的黄龙病菌尚不可能。柑橘木虱(Diaphorina citri)是黄龙病菌的媒介昆虫,大面积严格防除柑橘木虱仍是目前控制黄龙病的一项关键性措施。由于缺少廉价高效的商品天敌,目前柑橘木虱的防治方法主要依赖化学防治,大量使用化学农药不仅污染环境,危害人类健康,还导致害虫产生抗药性。
中华甲虫蒲螨属蛛形纲Arachnida蜱螨亚纲Acari真螨总目Acaritiformes前气门目Prostigmata蒲满科Pyemotidae,是在中国北方地区发现的一种捕食螨。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供中华甲虫蒲螨在制备柑橘木虱生物防治制剂中的应用。
本发明通过实验发现中华甲虫蒲螨对柑橘木虱具有良好的防治效果,因此可以将中华甲虫蒲螨在制备柑橘木虱生物防治制剂中的应用。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种防治柑橘木虱的方法,其特征在于,将中华甲虫蒲螨释放于带有柑橘木虱的植株上,让中华甲虫蒲螨杀死柑橘木虱。
所述的带有柑橘木虱的植株为柑橘木虱的寄主植物和过渡寄主植物。
本发明通过实验发现中华甲虫蒲螨对柑橘木虱具有良好的防治效果,因此可以将中华甲虫蒲螨在制备防治柑橘木虱的制剂中的应用。本发明采用中华甲虫蒲螨防治柑橘木虱,其是一种生物防治方法,不会产生化学农药造成的污染环境、危害人类健康、还导致害虫产生抗药性等问题。

具体实施方式:
以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
1试验材料
供试虫源:中华甲虫蒲螨(下称蒲螨)由河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所提供;柑橘木虱初始种群采自中山大学,以九里香饲养于养虫室内,繁殖后代种群作为试验用虫。
供试植物:砂糖橘(Citrus trticulata)为2-5年生植株,在室内用相同营养土种植培养一段时间后用于试验。
2试验方法
2.1室内试验
选取两棵长势(树势高度50cm,冠幅30cm)相似的2年生沙糖桔盆栽苗,修剪去除嫩芽嫩梢,将整棵苗置于透明圆筒内(见图1),顶端用250目防虫网密封,防止柑橘木虱或蒲螨外爬。每棵苗内投放柑橘木虱成虫40头,待柑橘木虱全部稳定停落在叶片上后,一棵苗放入盒装蒲螨作为处理,另一棵不放为空白对照。保持室内温度29±1℃,相对湿度70%左右。处理和对照均设9个重复,持续观察各盆栽苗上木虱存活情况。
2.2室外试验
室外选取6棵5年生砂糖橘树(树势高度150cm,冠幅50cm)(室外温度29-35℃,相对湿度70%左右),不作修剪处理,每棵苗上均含有200多头柑橘木虱成虫和若虫,将盒装蒲螨放置于其中3棵盆栽树根部树杈上,保持开口朝上,方便蒲螨向上爬出,另外3棵不放作为对照,持续观察各盆栽树上柑橘木虱成虫和若虫的存活情况。
3试验结果
3.1室内试验
试验期间观察,处理盆栽苗上1d后开始柑橘木虱出现死亡现象,2d后死亡数量急剧上升,4d后观察,仅少数盆栽苗上有极少数柑橘木虱存活,而对照盆栽苗上柑橘木虱死亡数量很少(详细结果见表1)。

注:P为配对样本T检验中平均值检验显著性(双尾检测)。
3.2室外试验
结果如图2和图3所示,试验过程中观察发现,放置蒲螨的3棵树上,柑橘木虱成虫和若虫均死亡严重,一周后观察,存活的柑橘木虱成虫数量显著减少,虫口减退率达到88%,若虫基本无蜜露分泌,死亡率也非常高;未放蒲螨的树上柑橘木虱成虫和若虫存活正常。

1.中华甲虫蒲螨在制备柑橘木虱生物防治制剂中的应用。
2.一种防治柑橘木虱的方法,其特征在于,将中华甲虫蒲螨释放于可能带有柑橘木虱的植株上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的可能带有柑橘木虱的植株为柑橘木虱的寄主植物和过渡寄主植物。
