Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un empaque para su uso en bombas de varilla y un método para la producción del mismo, el cual presenta propiedades mejoradas de resistencia al desgaste, la fricción, la temperatura, la presión y en general las difíciles condiciones de operación a las que son sometidos en este tipo de aplicaciones. En particular, se describe un producto y una serie de pasos llevados a cabo que permiten proporcionar un empaque anular que cuenta con un material base (5) y un recubrimiento textil, en donde el recubrimiento se encuentra adherido de forma consistente al material base (5) al estar impregnado de este mismo, favoreciendo así el enlace químico creado entre los dos m arteriales, lo que repercute en una mayor durabilidad y resistencia.
