Abstract

当将磁带盒相对于磁记录和再现装置的磁带运行装置装入和取出时,本发明设计成能保证运用和释放盘轴制动器的精确定时,以便探测磁带盒装入磁带运行装置和从磁带运行装置中取出的情况,并按照磁带首端探测装置和磁带末端探测装置的输出状态完成盘轴制动器的运用和释放,而探测装置依靠光的传送探测磁带的首端部分和末端部分的透明的引带部分和不透明的磁性部分。

Description

本发明涉及一种磁记录和再现装置,例如转头型数字式音频磁带录音机。尤其涉及一种运用和释放盘轴制动器的制动装置,这种制动器在相对于磁记录和再现装置的磁带运行装置上和取下磁带盒时使用。
图5表示一已有的磁记录和再现装置的结构。在图5中,1是磁带盒探测装置,它测定磁带盒是否已装在磁带运行装置里,2是盘轴制动装置,它可运用和释放盘轴制动器。
现在叙述上述已有的磁记录和再现装置的工作。在图5中,当用户把磁带盒装在磁带运行装置里时,磁带盒安装开关接通,盘轴制动装置2使制动器工作。当用户将磁带盒从磁带运行装置上取下时,磁带盒安装开关断开,盘轴制动装置2使制动器释放。
然而,在上述已有的装置中存在的问题是当用户将磁带盒从磁带运行装置上取下时,由于磁带盒安装开关1的测定准确度的变化,在磁带盒全部从磁带运行装置上取下以前,磁带盒安装开关就断开了,盘轴制动器被释放,导致在磁带盒中的磁带本身的不必要的下垂和位置偏差。
本发明的一个目的是解决上述已有的问题,而提供一磁记录和再现装置,它不用磁带盒安装开关1,而用为了其它目的按常规方式与磁带运行装置一起装备的磁带首端探测装置和磁带末端探测装置,以保证盘轴制动器的运用和释放的准确定时。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的装置装有磁带首端探测装置和末端探测装置,它们能利用光的传送以测定磁带的首端部分和末端部分的引带部分和不透明的磁带部分,以及按这两个探测装置的输出状况运 用和释放盘轴制动装置的逻辑单元。
所以,按照本发明,当用户将磁带盒安装在磁带运行装置中时,并当磁带首端探测装置或磁带末端探测装置已探测出磁带部分时,盘轴制动装置工作,并变成有可能释放制动器,或当用户从磁带运行装置中取下磁带盒时,变成有可能当磁带首端探测装置或磁带末端探测装置没有探测出磁带部分时,释放盘轴制动器。
图1是一方框图,它表示了本发明的一个实施例的结构。在图1中,11是磁带首端探测装置,它利用光的传送以测定磁带的首端的透明引带部分。12是磁带末端探测装置,它利用光的传送以测定磁带的末端部分的透明引带部分。13是盘轴制动装置,它运用并释放盘轴制动器。14是一逻辑单元,它按磁带首端探测装置和磁带末端探测装置的输出状况驱动并控制盘轴制动装置13。
图2是一简图,它表示了磁带首端探测装置11和磁带末端探测装置的结构。在图2中,21是一装在磁带运行装置25上的光发射器,22是一装在磁带运行装置25上的光探测器,23是一磁性记录带,它在首端部分和末端部分有一透明的引带。这引带的长度作成磁带首端探测装置11和磁带末端探测装置12不能同时进行探测。24是磁带盒,25是磁带运行装置。下面将对磁带首端探测装置进行描述。在同一图2中,当在光发射器21和光探测器22之间的位置上出现的磁带23是不透明的磁性部分时,从光发射器21发出的光不能到达光探测器22,就变成可以探测磁带是磁性部分和磁带盒24已装在磁带运行装置25里。以及,当出现在所说位置上的磁带23是透明的引带时,及当磁带23本身不存在时,从光发射器21发出的光就到达光探测器22,就变成能测定磁带23是在首端状态或是在末端状态或是磁带盒24已从磁带运行装置25上取下。
图3和图4表示上述实施例的工作的主要部分的流程图。图3表 示当磁带盒24被装在磁带运行装置25里时,磁带盒24和盘轴制动装置13的工作情况,及在步骤31中,当磁带首端探测装置11没测出磁带首端的存在时,步骤31假定磁带盒24已被装在磁带运行装置25里,并进到步骤33。在步骤32中,对于磁带盒24装成首端的状态的情况,当磁带末端探测装置12没测出磁带末端的存在时,步骤32同样进到步骤33。当磁带首端和末端都在步骤31、32中被测出时,则步骤31,32重复其工作并等待到磁带盒24被装好为止。在步骤33中逻辑单元14控制相对于盘轴制动装置13的制动运行。
图4表示当磁带盒24从磁带运行装置25上取下时,磁带盒24和盘轴制动装置13的工作。在步骤41,42中,当磁带首端探测装置11和磁带末端探测装置12都能测出磁带端的存在时,步骤41,42假定磁带盒24已从磁带运行装置上取下并进到步骤43,在步骤43中,逻辑单元14控制制动器对于盘轴制动装置13进行释放。当在步骤41,42中首端和末端都没被测出时,重复步骤41,42并等待到磁带盒24装好为止。
在将磁带盒24装进磁带运行装置中后,下面三个步骤将依次完成,并得到磁带运行的准备好的状态。
(1)在盘轴制动器工作后释放装到磁带盒本身的盘轴毂制动器。
(2)为了使磁带不下垂,旋转收带盘轴或供带盘轴。
(3)释放收带盘轴的盘轴制动器,从磁带盒中拉出磁带,并使磁带与磁转动头相接触。
在磁带运行的准备好的状态,当装置摇动时,收带盘轴和供带盘轴的盘轴制动器工作以防止磁带的下垂。
如上所述,按上述实施例,不需要提供一套特殊的探测装置来测定磁带盒24是否装入磁带运行装置25和从磁带运行装置25上取下,但变成有可能通过利用磁带首端探测装置11和磁带末端探测装置12来运用和释放盘轴制动装置13。
从上述实施例中可以明显地看出,本发明的装置根据磁带首端探测装置和磁带末端探测装置的输出状态来探测磁带盒装入磁带运行装置和从磁带运行装置中取出的情况,且上述探测装置是通过光的传送来探测磁带的首端和末端的透明的引带部分和不透明的磁性部分,从而运用和释放盘轴制动器。本发明的装置有如下效果:
(1)它不需要提供一套特殊的探测装置来探测磁带盒装入磁带运行装置中和从磁带运行装置上取下的情况。
(2)当磁带盒装入磁带运行装置或从磁带运行装置上取下时,很难引起磁带在磁带盒中作不需要的下垂或位置偏移。
图1是表示本发明的一个实施例的框图,图2是表示在图1中的磁带首端探测装置和磁带末端探测装置的结构的简图,图3和图4是表示本发明的一个实施例的工作的主要部分的流程图,和图5是已有的磁记录和再现装置的框图。

Claims (1)

1、一磁记录和再现装置包括一磁带首端探测装置和一磁带末端探测装置,两探测装置利用光的传送来探测磁带的首端和末端的透明的首带部分和末带部分和不透明的磁带部分,及一控制装置,该装置在用户将磁带盒装入磁带运行装置时,当所述的磁带首端探测装置或所述的磁带末端探测装置探测出磁带部分时,使盘轴制动器工作,且当所述的磁带首端探测装置和磁带末端探测装置都完成不再探测出磁带部分时,该控制装置就释放盘轴制动器。
