一种薄膜电阻式电熨斗,它是缝纫业重要的生产工具,也是家庭常用电器之一。薄膜电阻式电熨斗是利用薄膜电阻加热底板,使电熨斗加热快,热损耗少,节约能耗且使用寿命长。

电熨斗
电熨斗是缝纫业不可缺少的重要生产工具,也是现代家庭中重要的电器之一。本实用新型涉及一种薄膜电阻式电熨斗。
目前通用的电熨斗,从加热体看,一般是利用电阻丝作加热体,电熨斗的底板和加热体为两个分离的独立元件,结果是,热传导较慢、热损耗较大;另外,电阻丝加热老化后,弯曲处常易折断,对电熨斗的使用寿命有一定的影响。
本实用新型旨在提供一种高效节能且使用寿命较长的电熨斗。
本实用新型包括电熨斗底板,其特征是在电熨斗底板上镀有一层薄膜电阻,薄膜电阻的两端是金属薄膜电极。也就是将具有较好的高温稳定性和适用电阻率的薄膜材料,利用物理镀膜的方法,在电熨斗底板上镀一层薄膜电阻,这层薄膜与底板附着牢固,结合为一体。薄膜电阻的两端镀金属薄膜电极。薄膜电阻的上方盖一层隔热层,可使薄膜电阻产生的热量更集中地向底板方向传递。当电阻薄膜的两端电极上加上电压时,薄膜电阻发热,并将热量直接快速的传导到整个底板。
本实用新型的薄膜电阻与底板为一整体,加上薄膜电阻上方的隔热层,薄膜电阻产生的热量直接用于加热底板,这样加热速度快,减少了热传递的损耗,一个100-120W的薄膜电阻式电熨斗,相当于常规300W电熨斗,且加热速度也较之更快。又由于薄膜电阻与底板为一整体,加热体没有弯曲部分,一个薄膜电阻相当于许多条电阻丝并联而成,因此即使某一局部出现断裂破坏,也只是部分并联电阻断开,不会使整个薄膜电阻失效,从而可使电熨斗长期使用。

实施例:以100-120W薄膜电阻式电熨斗为例。
电源220V,电阻值440~400Ω,方阻275-250Ω/

电阻薄膜有效面积8525mm2,功率密度13-14mw/mm2。底板1选用高导热陶瓷,薄膜电阻2是用直流磁控溅射FeCrAl形成,薄膜电阻2两端金属薄膜电极3选用铝薄膜,隔热层5用云母板隔热,调温装置7用于调节控制底板温度。当接上电源,薄膜电阻两端加上电压,薄膜电阻发热并加热底板,从而使薄膜电阻式电熨斗处于工作状态。

1、一种薄膜电阻式电熨斗,它包括底板1,其特征是:底板1上镀有一层薄膜电阻2,薄膜电阻2的两端是金属薄膜电极3,薄膜电阻2与底板1结为一体,薄膜电阻2上方盖一层隔热层。
