Abstract
一种电热暖脚器,包括盒体及组装其上的电加热板,其中电加热板采用封装在绝缘层内的带有电极的片式电热膜,电极端部通过导线连接与控制开关相通的电源插座,电加热板上面包覆导热体,并利用托板组装在盒体上部凹槽内。它结构紧凑、制造容易,使用方便安全,加热速度快、耗能少、节省电费,能有效解决供暖条件差的取暖问题。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种电热取暖装置,特别是一种适于家用的安全、节能电热暖脚器。
目前,寒冷地区供暖,常因收缴采暖费用困难,取暖设备无燃料供应而得不到保证,故造成室内温度过低,达不到保暖要求,影响人们的正常生活,尤其对老人和孩子影响更大。在这种情况下人们采用各种电热取暖装置来达到取暖的目的。但是这些取暖装置因其占用空间大,加热时间长,耗能多,电费高,故影响其推广应用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电热暖脚器,它结构紧凑、制造容易,使用方便安全,加热速度快、耗能少、节省电费,能有效解决供暖条件差的取暖问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该装置包括盒体及组装其上的电加热板,其中电加热板采用封装在绝缘层内的带有电极的片式电热膜,电极端部通过导线连接与控制开关相通的电源插座,电加热板上面包覆导热体,并利用托板组装在盒体上部凹槽内。
由于本实用新型采用封装在绝缘层内的带有电极的片式电热膜作为电加热板,电加热板上面包覆导热体,并利用托板组装在盒体上部凹槽内,所以结构紧凑、制造容易,使用方便安全。另外电热膜加热迅速,且热效率高,脚放在其上很快就能暖和,其耗能少,该电热暖脚器非常节电。众所周知,脚被称作人体的“第二心脏”,只要脚暖和,全身不冷,因此该装置可有效解决供暖条件差的取暖问题。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
图1是本实用新型一种具体结构示意图。
图2是图1沿A-A线的剖视图。
根据图1-2详细说明本实用新型的具体结构。该装置包括盒体1、组装其上的电加热片和电源插座5、控制开关6等件。其中盒体1的规格可根据实际使用要求确定,以脚踏在其上凹槽内舒适、温暖为宜。电加热板采用封装在绝缘层3内的带有电极4的片式电热膜7,电极4端部通过导线10连接与控制开关6相通的电源插座5,电加热板上面包覆导热体2,并利用托板8组装在盒体1上部凹槽内。导热体2由柔软的绒布制成,包覆在导热体2内的电加热板采用市售电热膜7,其宽度和厚度、长度等尺寸应与导热体2所在的盒体1上部凹槽相一致,使之通电加热时满足脚部取暖之需要。电热膜7上敷有电极4,并封装在绝缘层3内。电极4端部通过导线10分别连接控制开关6和电源插座5,控制开关6通过电源插座5与220V市电电源相通。
使用时,将脚放在盒体1上部凹槽内的导热体2上,接通电源,开启控制开关6,电加热板迅速发热,约5分钟左右温度可达35℃左右。因其功率消耗控制在不大于15W,故经济适用。

1、一种电热暖脚器,包括盒体及组装其上的电加热板,其特征电加热板采用封装在绝缘层内的带有电极的片式电热膜,电极端部通过导线连接与控制开关相通的电源插座,电加热板上面包覆导热体,并利用托板组装在盒体上部凹槽内。
