Abstract

一种用于工程或地质工作的倾角测量头,由T形构架及液体摆倾角传感器组成,与外接的模数转换装置连接后,可同时得到两个垂直方向上的倾角数值。使用方便、精度高,具有很高的实用性。

Description

本实用新型为一种测量装置,可用于测量建筑体、岩体的倾角及变化情况。
过去的倾角测量仪一次仅能测出一个方向的倾角精确值,使用不方便。本实用新型所述的测量头放置于待测点后,能迅速测出在垂直的两个方向的倾角并计算出任一方向上的倾角,以消除原有仪器的不足。
附图为本测量头的一个实施例。下面结合附图对本实用新型进行说明:
本倾角测量头的特征在于由T形构架(1)和构架内的液体摆倾角传感器(2)构成。液体摆倾角传感器为一容有电解液及气泡的密封腔体,腔体内有四个对称分布的上电极和一个共用的下电极。当整个传感器随着构架的倾角而倾斜时,各个上电极与下电极之间的电阻呈线性变化,其数值经过与本实用新型用电缆连接的外部模数转换电子装置或仪表处理后,可以显示出倾角数值。
本倾角测量头的T形构架可以由主杆(3)、付杆(4)连接或插接而成。这样便于携带,而且在仅测量一个方向的倾角时,可以仅使用主杆。
在附图所示的实施例中,构架(1)由主杆(3)与付杆(4)插接而成,(5)为主杆上的插头,(7)为测量支脚。为了使用方便,主杆上还装有提手(6)。液体摆倾角传感器(2)固定于主杆中部,可以经过电缆(8)与外部的模数转换电子装置相连接。
本实用新型功能全、使用方便,精度高,优于以前的倾角测量装置,具有突出的实用性。

Claims (2)

1、一种倾角测量头,其特征在于由T形构架和构架内的液体摆角传感器构成,该传感器与T形构架保持同样的倾角。
2、根据权利要求1所述的倾角测量头,其特征在于所述的T形构架由主杆和付杆连接或插接而成。
