Abstract

单克隆纤膜片酶联试剂盒，是由盒盖、盒体构成，盒内装有指示示酶和基质缓冲剂，在盒体中横向装有一个将指示酶和基质缓冲剂隔开的纤膜片，使用时通过盒盖向盒中注入蒸馏水，使试剂的各成份相互溶解即可。该试剂盒使用方便，保存期可达一年以上。

属化学试剂盒类。
酶联试剂盒是用于自动生化分析仪的生化试剂，现有的试剂盒是将工作酶、指示酶及基质缓冲剂等分装在单独的盒中，使用时从各盒中分别取一定量临时配制，使用起来很不方便，另外，试剂成份极不稳定，从各盒中反复提取时间长了易使盒中的试剂成份变质，造成很大浪费。
本实用新型的目的是：将试剂的所需的各种成份装到一个盒中，使用时从盒盖向盒中注入蒸馏水溶解即可。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在试剂盒的盒体中横向放置一个载有工作酶的纤膜片，纤膜片将盒体中的指示酶和基质或缓冲剂上下隔开。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，图中1是盒盖，2是盒体，3是工作酶的载体纤膜片，通过纤膜片将相互接触易发生变质的指示酶和基质或缓冲剂上下隔开，工作酶的载体纤膜片是将工作酶的溶液浸在纤膜片上，吹干而制得的。使用时通过盒盖向盒中注入蒸馏水，使试剂中的各成份相互溶解即可。本实用新型的试剂盒，保存期可长达一年以上，使用起来也很方便。
