Abstract

可随意使用的果汁机包括一个整体式阀装配体。阀装配体包括有孔的可移动的平板，孔与处于开启位置的容器的排放口排齐。在第一实施方案中，平板的安装是用于在容器排放壁中的槽内往复运动的，并弹性地偏置到关闭的位置。在第二实施方案中，平板的安装是用于旋转的，并具有与排放开口对中的孤形槽。

Description

本发明涉及一个可随意使用的果汁机（syrup    package），用于二次混合的饮料分配系统。更准确地说，本发明涉及的是一个可随意使用的果汁机，在其输出端装有整体式分配阀装配体。
典型的可随意使用的果汁机的先有技术，在美国对Sedam    1980年8月12日发布的专利4216885中已经公开，并转让给与本发明相同的代理人。Sedam的果汁机是与二次混合分配装置内包含的分开式阀装配体一起使用的。此阀装配体有一个穿入装置，当果汁机插入与阀装配体相连的插孔时，使果汁机输出端易碎的表层破裂。
尽管Sedam的果汁机和与之相连的阀装配体工作较好，但提供一个与果汁机整体成形的低价的阀装配体和防护罩，它们目前已是Sedam果汁机的一部分，并消除易碎表面是很理想的。
本发明的一个主要目的就是要提供一个可随意使用的果汁机，它包括一个与果汁机输出端相连的整体式阀装配体。
本发明的另一目的是提供一个与果汁机输出端相连的阀装配体，它有最少数目的运动部件以获得高可靠性和保持果汁机的价格在适宜的范围内。
本发明的目的得以实现是提供了通过容器排放壁上的开口把液体进行分配的装置，它包括：设置的邻接于容器排放壁的平板装置，上述平板装置有一开的位置，用于调节从容器的液体流动，还有一关的位置，用于阻止从容器的液体流动，上述平板装置的移动平面与排放壁所确定的平面平行，上述平板装置包含开口装置，在平板装置处于开的位置时与排放壁的开口对中。
本发明更多的适用范围通过后面给出的描述会变得更明显。然而应该明白，表示本发明较佳实施方案的详细说明和特定实例只有借助于图示给出，因为对于从这些详细说明中的技巧，按本发明的精神和适用范围，各种变化和改进将会更明显。

图3是本发明的果汁机第二实施方案的局部侧面剖视图，表示不同形式的阀装配体;
图4是图3所示的果汁机的阀装配体部分和带有传动环的有效结合以及果汁机装配体部分的底部平面图。
参考图1、2A和2B，总的可示出果汁机10有一流速控制管12，通常用活动罩14与大气隔绝。通常说明了含有流速控制管12的果汁机10的工作过程，它与上述对Sedam的美国专利4216885公开的果汁机的工作过程相似。然而，图1所示的果汁机还装有整体阀装配体，用标号16标出，与容器的排放管颈18和排放壁21相连。
容器10的端壁21由管接头部件封闭，形成一个延长的管颈部分18。排放口或孔26通过管接头部件延伸。在排放口26的部件横向，还形成一个槽34，用于调整可移动的传动装置板22。传动板22设有排放孔22A，如图1和2A所示，由螺旋簧24弹性地偏置到通常的关闭位置。孔26有一个减压部分，此处可安装一对O型圈28，当传动板22处于关闭位置时将孔26密封，而当其处于开的位置时，防止环绕孔22A的泄漏。
传动板22提供一有角度的端部22B，与二次混合饮料分配器静止部分30中形成的静止槽32有效的连接，果汁机10被插入二次混合饮料分配器中，管颈18提供一个传动突出部分18T，它能与分配器的转环（未示出）有效地连接或能在图2A和2B所示的两个各自的位置间使容器10和管颈18容易手动旋转。
参考图2A和2B可以看出，当用传动突出部分18T使容器10和管颈18旋转时，平板22B相对静止支承30和其中的槽32旋转，有角的端部22B由支承30接合并压下，使板22移动，直到孔22A与排放孔26对中为止。在此位置，果汁或其它液体通过排放孔26和孔22A自由流到二次混合饮料分配器中。
参照图3和图4，这是本发明整体式阀装配体的第二实施方案。在图3和图4的实施方案中，排放端壁21装有销39形成一轴，板40围绕销可相对壁21中的孔34在开和关的位置间转动。绕孔34可以配置适宜的密封34A。可转动的平板40提供有弧形的槽40A，它在关闭位置（见图4）和开的位置之间移动，在此位置，槽40A与孔34排齐。平板40的旋转可借助于具有槽38的可旋转的开槽的环36实现，在其上的槽38与平板40的传动突部40B有效地连接。突部19装于管颈18上并与静止狭槽相配合，如图2A、2B所示的静止支承30中的部位32。
为了从图3和图4所示实施方案中的容器10分配果汁，或是旋转传动环36与传动突部40B接合，使槽40A转动，与孔34排齐，或是突部40B与旋转平板40手动接合。由于容器用突部19固定，平板40的旋转可使孔34开启和关闭。
从本发明的描述可以明显看出，本发明能以多种方式变化，这种变化不应认为是偏离本发明的范围和实质，所有明显是同一技巧的这种修改均考虑包括在下述的权利要求范围内。

Claims (5)

1、用于分配通过在容器排放壁开口的液体的装置包括：
邻接于容器排放壁的平板装置，上述平板装置有一个开的位置，用于调节从容器来的液体流动，及有一个关的位置，用于阻止从上述容器来的液体流动，上述平板装置的移动平面与排放壁所确定的平面平行，上述平板装置含有开口装置，它在平板装置处于开的位置时与排放壁的开口对中。
2、根据权项要求1的装置，其中，上述平板装置的安装是用于在上述排放壁中形成在槽中往复运动的，上述狭槽贯穿上述排放开口。
3、根据权利要求2的装置，其中，还包括弹簧装置，平时用于将上述平板装置偏置到关的位置。
4、根据权利要求3的装置，其中，上述平板装置有一有角度的传动端与邻接上述容器排放壁的静止凸表面有效相连，上述传动端由上述凸表面克服弹簧装置被压下，相应于该表面的上述容器围绕其上的轴向轴旋转。
5、根据权利要求1的装置，其中，上述平板装置是一可旋转的平板，上述开口装置是一弧形槽。
