Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一个可随意使用的果汁机（syrup    package），用于二次混合的饮料分配系统。更准确地说，本发明涉及的是一个可随意使用的果汁机，在其输出端装有整体式分配阀装配体。
典型的可随意使用的果汁机的先有技术，在美国专利号为4，026，442中已公开，该果计机是与二次混合分配装置内包含的分开式阀装配体一起使用的。此阀装配体装配在容器的底部，在其侧面装有一可推动的塞子，通过推动该塞子可手动地将阀打开，使果汁从下部出口流出。
尽管先有技术的果汁机和与之相连的阀装配体工作较好，但需人工推动才能使果汁连续流出，因此是不理想的。
本发明的一个主要目的就是要提供一个可随意使用的果汁机，它包括一个与果汁机输出端相连的整体式阀装配体。
本发明的另一目的是提供一个与果汁机输出端相连的阀装配体，它有最少数目的运动部件以获得高可靠性和保持果汁机的价格在适宜的范围内。
本发明的目的得以实现是提供了通过容器排放壁上的开口把液体进行分配的装置，它包括：设置的邻接于容器排放壁的平板装置，上述平板装置有一开的位置，用于调节从容器的液体流动，还有一关的位置，用于阻止从容器的液体流动，上述平板装置的移动平面与排放 壁所确定的平面平行，上述平板装置包含开口装置，在平板装置处于开的位置时与排放壁的开口对中。

图2A和2B是图1中沿A-A线的剖面图，表明阀装配体分别处于开和关的位置。
参考图1、2A和2B，总的可示出果汁机10有一流速控制管12，通常用活动罩14与大气隔绝。通常说明了含有流速控制管12的果汁机10的工作过程，图1所示的果汁机还装有整体阀装配体，用标号16标出，与容器的排放管颈18和排放壁21相连。
容器10的端壁21由管接头部件封闭，形成一个延长的管颈部分18。排放口或孔26通过管接头部件延伸。在排放口26的部件横向，还形成一个槽34，用于调整可移动的传动装置板22。传动板22设有排放孔22A，如图1和2A所示，由螺旋簧24弹性地偏置到通常的关闭位置。孔26有一个减压部分，此处可安装一对O型圈28，当传动板22处于关闭位置时将孔26密封，而当其处于 开的位置时，防止环绕孔22A的泄漏。
传动板22提供一有角度的端部22B，与二次混合饮料分配器静止部分30中形成的静止槽32有效的连接，果汁机10被插入二次混合饮料分配器中，管颈18提供一个传动突出部分18T，它能与分配器的转环（未示出）有效地连接或能在图2A和2B所示的两个各自的位置间使容器10和管颈18容易手动旋转。
参考图2A和2B可以看出，当用传动突出部分18T使容器10和管颈18旋转时，平板22B相对静止支承30和其中的槽32旋转，有角的端部22B由支承30接合并压下，使板22移动，直到孔22A与排放孔26对中为止。在此位置，果汁或其它液体通过排放孔26和孔22A自由流到二次混合饮料分配器中。
从本发明的描述可以明显看出，本发明能以多种方式变化，这种变化不应认为是偏离本发明的范围和实质，所有明显是同一技巧的这种修改均考虑包括在下述权利要求的范围内。

Claims (1)

1、在二次混合的饮料分配系统中，一用于通过随意容器的排放壁的开口分配的果汁的装置采用装有一能分配果汁的阀，该阀通过压缩弹簧装置使阀的排放口与排放壁的开口对中，其改进特征为：
邻接于和装于容器排放壁的平板装置是用于在其形成的槽中进行往复运动并横断上述排放口，上述面板装置具有一个开的位置，用于调节由容器来的液体流动及有一个关的位置用于阻止由上述容器来的液体流动；
弹簧装置，用于将上述平板装置偏置到关的位置；及
上述板装置可在与上述排放壁确定的平面平行的平面中移动，上述板装置包括孔眼装置，它在平板装置处于开的位置时与排放壁的开口对准，和一有角度的传动端与相邻接上述容器排放壁的静止凸起表面有效相连，上述传动端由上述凸起表面的弹簧装置被压下，响应于该上述面板装置围绕上述容器的纵向轴旋转。
