本发明所提出的驻极型电容在相同的电极面积条件下能极大的提高电容量。对大容量电容有明显的优点。
本发明对电容的介质用电、热、磁等方法在电场中驻极化。以钽电容为例,电极的两片做成相等的大小。用三片带有驻极化材料的钛酸钡介质围起。极化的介质正极对正极、负极对负极固定好。也可简化只在中间用一片极化介质材料。在电路中极化的正极接负电源、负极接正电源。在充电的过程中电荷首先要平衡已有的反电位再充入电荷,放电时驻极体本身要恢复原电位放出全部电荷,电容大大增加。卷片型的电容在卷好后对高分子的介质材料极化后也是同样效果。
