Abstract
自动武器供弹装置中,将装填子弹(12)的弹夹(11)装入弹仓(10)。为了确保供弹,在装弹之前,首先必须插入空弹夹。为此,本发明的保险杆(39)仅允许在第一排弹夹(11)已经装入弹仓(10)以后,才装其它弹夹。
Description
本发明涉及能用手把装填子弹的弹夹装入弹仓的自动武器供弹装置。
这类供弹装置的操作,首先要有一个输入弹仓的空弹夹和一个空弹仓,其次,插入一定数量的空弹夹,为了保证可靠的供弹,该操作规程是必要的。
现在发现用不着总是遵循这个操作规程,甚至可以用一个实弹夹来代替空弹夹装入空弹仓,这就意味着供弹装置不能够保证供弹的可靠性。
根据本发明,实现上述目的是通过一种装置而实现的,在弹仓中根本没有弹夹时,使装填子弹变得困难,尤其是,上述锁定装置能与常规的供弹装置相配合。在能够插入实弹夹之前,这种困难能提醒操作人员首先把空弹夹插入弹仓,以释放锁定装置。
除了权利要求1前叙部分的特征以外,实现本发明任务发明装置的特征,也由权利要求1的特征部分体现。
现将带有锁定机构供弹装置的本发明的实施例结合附图详细描述如下,其中:
图1是供弹装置的侧视图;
图2是与图1相同的供弹装置的正视图;
图3-5是图1和图2中表示供弹装置的锁定机构。
图1、图2中的弹仓10包含若干弹夹11,每个弹夹11含有7发子弹12,按照箭头A指示的方向,弹夹11向弹仓10下方移动,另外,按照箭头B指示的方向,子弹12是从弹夹11最下方被向左推离。最后箭头C表示如何把子弹12由最下层的弹夹11经过弹仓10至武器14的弯曲通道13运向武器,图中仅用矩形示意。环绕两个引导轮16和17的连续环带15用于输送弹夹11。爪18铰接到所述的连续环带15上,并与被输送的弹夹11接触。另外两个连续环带19、20用于把子弹12推出最下层的弹夹11,而两连续环带分别环绕两个单独的引导轮21、22。由图2可以看出,连续的环带19和20向左下方倾斜,当子弹12按箭头B的方向从弹夹11推出时,同时使弹夹11顺箭头A的方向下降。而沿两个箭头A和B方向运动的结果与所述连续环带19和20的节距恰好相适应。为了把全部子弹12都从弹夹11的左侧推出,两个推弹板23和24分别安装到所述的连续环带19、20上,并且每个推弹板推动弹夹11上最后的子弹12。为了把子弹12从最下层的弹夹11中通过弯曲通道13推送到武器14,另设有一个用作升降器的连续传送带25,它带有若干升降齿,子弹12位于两齿之间。升降器的连续传送带25环绕三个引导轮27,28,29。
最下层的弹夹11依靠在两个传送环带丝杆30和31上,以确保当子弹12从上述最下层弹夹11推出时能连续下降。最下层的弹夹11内的子弹头部靠在凸出的引导板32上,以使子弹12的弹壳不会楔进弹夹11。引导板32向下的运动由另一个传送环带丝杆33控制。如图1所示,一旦最后的子弹12由最下层的弹夹11推出,弹簧34震摇,引导板32即返回它的最高位置。图2表示出一个辅助止动挡35,它面向武器,以防止子弹12偶然地滑回弹夹11内。所述的止动挡35能被正被推出的子弹12自动地推回到原位。另外,滑片36防止子弹12从通道13中滑脱。借助于安装在滑片36上的齿条37,所述滑片36在齿轮38的带动下进行上下运动。滑片36必须与弹夹11的向下运动一致。空弹夹11以同样方式向下方排出,这里不作叙述。
以上描述了武器弹仓的技术构成情况,并仅说明理解本发明锁定装置的必要内容,现结合附图3-5来说明。一旦弹仓空了,满弹夹就可从顶部装入弹仓10。应在空弹夹推出之前,装填弹仓,否则,第一个装有子弹12的满弹夹11有可能碰到两个连续的导轨19和20上的两个推弹板23,24中的任一个,就可能损坏弹仓的某部分或影响弹仓的供弹功能。为避免发生这种情况,当最后空弹夹11已被排出时,在上述弹仓10上装上保险杆39,以防止再装填满弹夹11。
在图3-5中,如果弹仓10(图1和图2)是空的,保险杆39受弹簧41作用绕轴40转动,如图3所示。如果弹仓10中仍有弹夹11(空弹夹),保险杆39则保持在图4所示位置。只要保险杆39位于图3所示位置,挡块42就能防止再装填满弹夹11。但是一旦弹夹11,特别是空弹夹11进入弹仓10。所述子弹11就把杆39推入图4所示位置。当向武器空弹仓10装弹药时,上述保险杆39能确保首先将空弹夹11插入,并且仅在那时需要一定数量装填的弹夹。最初的空弹夹11可防止子弹12碰到连续环带19,20上的推弹板23或24。这是因为,由于子弹12的重量,操作者必须用双手把实弹夹11推入弹仓10,因此也不能用手将保险杆39推开。但却可以用一只手把空弹夹装入弹仓10,用另一只手转开保险杆。如果向空弹仓10装入弹夹11,首先插入所有空弹夹11,空弹夹支撑在两个传送带丝杆30和31上,并防止装上子弹12的第二排弹夹被推入弹仓10,至使子弹12碰到推弹板23或24,象可能发生的那样,比如说推弹板24不处于图2所示位置,而离图2中的左侧还有一小段距离。又如图5所示,一旦最后的弹夹11从弹仓部排出,保险杆39即向左边倾斜。
Claims (2)
1、自动武器供弹装置包括能插进装有子弹(12)的弹夹(11)的弹仓(10),其特征在于弹仓(10)有可转动的保险杆(39),当弹仓(10)是空的,它在弹簧(41)的弹簧力作用下进入装填弹夹(11)的通道,并借助它的挡块(42),避免插入子弹夹(11),当插入空弹夹(11)时,它能够顶着上述弹簧(41)的弹簧力从装弹夹(11)的通道转开,从而能装填实弹夹。
2、按照权利要求1所述的供弹装置,其特征在于弹仓10内的回转保险杆(39)围绕轴(40)转动。
