Abstract

一种医用临床成型塑胶板及其制备方法。该塑胶板是由反式1—4聚异戍二烯、滑石粉、硬脂酸组成，其中反式1—4聚异戍二烯可分别采用反式3—4聚异戍二烯和天然杜仲橡胶、古塔胶等化替；滑石粉可分别采用白炭黑、碳酸钙、二氧化硅等代替，硬脂酸可分别采用石蜡聚乙烯、石蜡代替。
该塑胶板的制备方法是将上述物质，在不同温度，时间，不同设备条件下进行混合、滚炼、压延、打孔、切片等步骤来完成。

Description

本发明属于塑胶制品及其制备方法。
在本发明以前，我国自古以来，治疗骨折均采用石膏、夹板外固定，目前尚没有采用塑胶板材料对骨折外固定，也未见报导;国外治疗骨折多采用内固定，使用塑胶材料也未见报导。目前所采用的石膏、夹板外固定，由于操作复杂，易破易碎，活动不便，给病人增加了痛苦。
本发明为了克服上述不足，根据临床治疗骨折外固定的要求，采用新材料，提出了新的技术方案。
本发明的要点是在塑胶材料中，加入助剂和填充剂使塑胶改性，达到了治疗骨折外固定的要求。本发明中的反式1-4聚异戍二烯是塑胶，滑石粉是填充剂，硬脂酸是助剂，本发明的配方重量百分比是：
反式1-4聚异戍二烯    50-100
滑石粉    49-150
硬脂酸    1-5
上述配方中的反式1-4聚异戍二烯，可以分别采用反式3-4聚异戍二烯和天然的杜仲橡胶、古塔胶、固塔坡代替，其重量百分比为50-100，其余组分不变;滑石粉可以分别采用无规聚丙烯、聚乙烯、碳酸钙、二氧化硅、膨润土、三氧化二铝、红泥、氧化钙、氧化锌、氧化镁、二氧化钛、白炭黑、白陶土、低分子聚乙烯、硬脂酸钙、菱苦土、白样膏代替，其重量百分比为49-150，其余组分不变;硬脂酸可以分别采用石蜡聚乙烯、石蜡代替，其重量百分比为1-5，其余组分不变。
本发明的医用临床成型塑胶板的制备方法是按下述步骤进行：
（1）将配方中的反式1-4聚异戍二烯、滑石粉、硬脂酸加入密炼机中，在95-140℃下混合均匀，送入滚炼机，在100-150℃下进行10-25分钟。
（2）将滚炼机中的物质转入四辊压延机，出口温度在60-90℃，经打孔、切片即成。
本发明与已有技术比较具有使用轻便、减轻病人痛苦、简化临床操作、可塑性强、不怕水不怕血污、粘接性好、无毒等优点，并且具有拆卸方便、多层粘合提高钢性、重复使用、X光透过的特点;本发明的医用临床成型塑胶板，在治疗烧伤整形方面，可以进行矫正。
本发明的实施例：
1、将本发明的医用临床成型塑胶板，临床塑型于腰部脊椎骨折，仅为石膏重量的五分之一，轻便舒适，可以穿衣，拆卸方便。
2、将本发明的医用临床成型塑胶板，临床塑型于小腿骨折，可塑性好，不怕血污，X光透过性好。
3、将本发明的医用临床成型塑胶板，临床塑型于颈椎骨折，可以达到非手术矫形，减少病人痛苦。

Claims (5)

1、一种医用临床成型塑胶板，其特征在于重量百分组成为：
反式1-4聚异戍二烯  50-100
滑     石     粉  49-150
硬     脂     酸  1-5。
2、按照权项1所说的医用临床成型塑胶板，其特征在于，反式1-4聚异戊二烯，可以分别采用反式3-4聚异戊二烯和天然的杜仲橡胶、古塔胶、固塔坡代替，其重量百分比为50-100，其余组分不变。
3、按照权项1所说的医用临床成型塑胶板，其特征在于，滑石粉可以分别采用无规聚丙烯、聚乙烯、碳酸钙、二氧化硅、膨润土、三氧化二铝、红泥、氧化钙、氧化锌、氧化镁、二氧化钛、白炭黑、白陶土、低分子聚乙烯、硬脂酸钙、菱苦土、白样膏代替，其重量百分比为49-150，其余组分不变。
4、按照权项1所说的医用临床成型塑胶板，其特征在于硬脂酸可以分别采用石蜡聚乙烯、石蜡代替，其重量百分比为1-5，其余组分不变。
5、一种医用临床成型塑胶板的制备方法，其特征在于按以下步骤进行：
（1）将配方中的反式1-4聚异戍二烯、滑石粉、硬脂酸加入密炼机中，在95-140℃下混合均匀，送入滚炼机中，在100-150℃下进行10-25分钟。
（2）将（1）中滚炼机内的物质转入四辊压延机，出口温度在60-90℃，经打孔、切片即成。
