Abstract

一种异型孔组合拉刀,属于机械加工工具。目的是解决精密异型孔的加工问题,在内孔件拉削超过半圆的精密圆形槽,较好解决这类成型孔拉刀的设计制造与重磨问题。以粗拉刀为主体,精拉刀是若于个均布于粗拉刀后端轴上的小拉刀及定位体和定位板及固定件组成。

Description

本实用新型是一种异型孔组合拉刀,特别是装有镶装拉削刃具的装配式拉刀,属于机械加工工具。
对于如图1所示的精密异型孔的已有加工工艺为:粗车——粗钻孔——磨平面——粗镗孔——精镗孔——粗车大内孔——精车大内孔——钳工倒角。这种工艺生产率低,形位精度很难保证,尤其是小内孔的长径比大于4的情况下更难于实现。上述另件如能采用拉刀拉削,可以保证加工精度,效率又很高。但是这种异型孔拉刀制造相当困难,整体式拉刀的材料消耗大,磨损后很难修磨,寿命短,刀具费用加大。检索到苏联727346及674323号专利,公开了将切削齿(刀片)镶装在拉刀杆上的组合式拉刀,所解决的是将拉刀杆与切削齿分开,从而节省工具钢材料并解决拉刀杆变形等问题。但并不能解决前面提出的异型孔拉削问题。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种组合拉刀,能解决这类异型孔的拉削,而且这种组合拉刀要比整体式拉刀要容易制造,加工精度高,并容易修磨。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它是一种装配式组合拉刀,是由拉刀头〔11〕、粗拉刀〔10〕及是位零件组成,在粗拉刀后端轴上通过定位件均布装有精拉刀〔1〕。精拉刀〔1〕是通过在粗拉刀后端的定位体〔2〕及前后定位板〔8,7〕,定位销〔3,5〕,定位键〔9〕来定位的,通过紧固件固紧。精拉刀是由若干个同廓式拉刀齿及前后端轴构成,前后端轴与前后定位板〔8,7〕上开的孔配合。精拉刀靠在定位体〔2〕上开的V型槽定位,并通过定位键〔9〕与粗拉刀〔10〕前定位板〔8〕和定位体〔2〕相配合。定位体〔2〕和精拉刀〔1〕通过小定位销〔3〕定位。后定位板〔7〕和压垫〔6〕通过定位销〔5〕定位。二个螺母〔4〕在拉刀尾端的螺杆通过压垫〔6〕将定位体〔2〕精拉刀〔1〕,前后定位板〔8,7〕锁压紧。
本实用新型用于异型孔拉削加工提高了加工精度,提高效率,方便重磨,延长使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1、一种装配式异型孔组合拉刀,由粗拉刀[10],拉头[11]、可拆装刃件及固定件组成,其特征在于还包括若干个均布安装在粗拉刀后端轴上的精拉刀及定位体[2]和定位板[8][7]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合拉刀,其特征在于精拉刀〔1〕通过具有V型槽的定位体〔2〕和前定位板〔8〕及后定位板〔7〕定位。
3、根据权利要求1所述的组合拉刀,其特征在于通过定位键〔9〕来确定粗拉刀〔10〕,前定位板〔8〕及定位体〔2〕的位置。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的组合拉刀,其特征在于通过小定位销〔3〕确定精拉刀〔1〕在定位体〔2〕上的角度位置。
5、根据权利要求1所述的组合拉刀,其特征在于精拉刀包括若干个同廓式的刀齿。
