Abstract
Description
该实用新型属除尘设备类似的“电旋风除尘器”,苏联《工业劳动安全》(1975年)报导,其结构是一般惯性旋风除尘器内部加装芒剌型的电晕电极,国内1984年搞出电旋风除尘器,其实质是卧式切向进风管式电除尘器,它们的除尘效率均在94%右左。
苏联报导中的“电旋风除尘器”,对静电作用开发不充分,并且芒剌型电晕电极的分布密度欠佳。国内“电旋风除尘器”,结构复杂,体积庞大,无法投入隧道施工中使用。
目前欧洲各国的隧道工程几乎都使用西德贝鲁特公司的迴旋式通风湿式集尘器,利用水幕集尘(施以化学药品),用离心分离器使气液分离,需要在距作业面较远的地方固定使用,无法靠近作业面,进行有效除尘。
我国开凿隧道,引进新奥法施工,效率提高一至二倍。但同时粉尘和有害气体剧增。例如对某隧道现场实测:锚喷工序粉尘浓度最高达67mg/m3,爆破工序62.3mg/m3、CO2275mg/m3氮氧化物88.1mg/m3,SO23346mg/m3还有PAH等有害气体。
根据此问题,本实用新型提供一种放置气流湿式静电除尘器,并在此基础上,将出气筒作成荷电水雾水膜旋风除尘器。
本实用新型采用旋转气流,克服电除尘器本身难以克服的主要的困难:并采用多种捕集机理,使该设备体积小,除尘效率高,可达99%以上。扩大了电除尘技术的应用范围,特别是空间狭窄的场合(车间、矿井、隧道等):便于作成车载的机动除尘器,对隧道及矿井等迅速变化的扬尘点的除尘;适合于我国厂矿单位旧有除尘设备的技术改造,特别有利于对旋风除尘器和麻石水膜除尘器等,原来气流就是旋转运动的设备。
该实用新型可最大限度的接近作业面尘源附近,实现就地循环凈化,大大缩短了放炮后进入作业面的时间防止了粉尘的扩散。它比通常采用的管道通风、效率高,节省投资。
另外,该实用新型与压风呼吸器等个体防护设备相比,不给操作者增加任何困难和不方便,宜于推广应用。
除尘后,本设备可以立即撒离作业面、不影响其他工序的进度。
荷电水雾可以吸附一部分有害气体,而且电晕产生臭氧氧化一氧化氮等有害气体,使之被有效的吸收。例如,可以使一氧化氮吸收率大幅度提高。

该实用新型由以下方案实施:含尘气流由风机〔11〕引入,粉尘在予荷电器〔10〕中荷电,在凝聚管路〔12〕中增大粒径。通过切向进风口〔14〕进入旋风电除尘器中。由环形绝缘盖〔2〕、绝缘环〔15〕及绝缘芯筒〔3〕保证接地收尘极〔1〕(可为金属圆筒)与高压放电极〔4〕间的绝缘。气流在圆筒〔1〕与绝缘芯筒〔3〕之间旋转,在芯筒〔3〕外表面均匀分布芒剌形电极〔4〕,其上分段排列着长度不同的芒剌,以增加粉尘的带电量。圆筒〔1〕下部装有锥形漏斗〔5〕及反射屏〔6〕。旋转气流将扑集的粉尘推向水封集尘斗〔13〕、含尘废水随时排入隧道施工污水之中。经一级凈化,残存的荷电粉尘与从荷电水雾喷咀〔7〕喷出的荷以相反电荷的水雾相遇,扑尘后沿芯筒〔3〕内侧流入灰斗,靠气流旋转,实现气液分离。小型高压电源〔8〕为供电电源。〔9〕为荷电水雾发生器。
由于隧道作业现场温度高、凈化后气体湿度大、有利于降温与降尘、本实用新型适用隧道开挖现场效果最佳,用于其他场所该设备可做适当的调整。
