Abstract

一种牵引飞行器的螺旋桨,尤其是牵引飞机的螺旋桨。有一个流线型桨体,桨叶安装在桨体一横截面的圆周上,这一横截面圆周旋转时能超过音速,从而使桨叶超过音速,克服了音障的限制增大牵引力,可提高飞行的性能,使飞行器或飞机进入高空平流层内飞行,节省燃料消耗。

Description

一种飞行器的螺旋桨,尤其是牵引飞机的螺旋桨。
目前牵引飞行器的螺旋桨,一般由桨叶、转动轴组成。螺旋桨只能在低于音速的范围内旋转,螺旋桨的直径和转速受音速的限制。影响飞行器的性能,如果使转速增大至螺旋桨叶片局部等音速时,螺旋桨就会受到空气流形成的音障作用,牵引力减小。所谓音障是螺旋桨与空气相对运动中,螺旋桨某一部位运动的速度等于音速时,空气对螺旋桨运动的一种阻碍现象,可以形象的看做屏障,通常叫音障。克服音障的作用,发动机必须消耗大量燃料。这对高空飞行十分不利。同时也不能牵引飞行器进入平流层内飞行。平流层是无风、无云、无雷、无雨、空气阻力很小的高空大气层。在这一大气层的飞行器可节省燃料,延长飞行时间。
本发明的目的是设计一种能超音速的螺旋桨,增大牵引力,提高飞行器的性能。
为此,在一般螺旋桨的基础上,设计一个流线型的桨体,桨叶固定在桨体一横截面直径最大的圆周上,横截面各点为园形,这一横截面圆周旋转时能超过音速,桨体的一端可与发动机转动轴轴向连接。螺旋桨旋转时,因固定桨叶的横截面圆周超过音速,桨叶上各点的运动也超过了音速冲破了音障的限制,牵引力大可提高飞行性能。这时音障只作用在桨体上,桨体是圆型横截面绕轴的转动,受音障的影响很小。
本发明的超音速螺旋桨直径和转速不受音速的限制,牵引力大,可提高飞行器速度和高度等飞行性能。

1、一种飞行器的螺旋桨,由桨叶、转动轴组成,其特征在于有一个流线型桨体,桨叶固定在桨体一横截面的园周上,这一横截面的园周旋转时能超过音速。
2、按权利要求1所述的螺旋桨,其特征在于桨叶固定在桨体横截面直径最大的园周上,横截面各点为园形。
