Abstract

Description

这是一项有关电缆走线架的发明。
当前在铁轨旁边的水泥导管或电缆走线槽中输送铁路的信号电缆和牵缆索,为了阻止未经批准的进入,並且也防止碎石累积到电缆走线槽里,这样一些电缆走线架在它的顶部有一个水泥罩或盖板。水泥盖板重,相当贵,而且易于在处理过程中损坏。为了临时维修,它们需要是可以搬动的。
根据目前这项发明的第一个方面,为了将一个基本上是矩形的盖板卡紧在电缆走线槽上,设置了有弹性的夹板装置。该夹板装置包括两个夹板,每一个夹板具有一个绕盖板相应的相对端缘啮合的第一主要组成部分,每一个夹板还含有第二个主要组成部分,它靠压在电缆走线槽的相应的相对内壁上。夹板是这样配置的,当夹板与盖板的相对端缘配合时,夹板就将盖板卡紧在电缆走线槽上,而且彼此以反作用的方式紧靠压在电缆走线槽的相对内壁上。

根据目前这项发明的第二个方面,设置一个有弹性的夹板,将其包括在基本上如目前这项发明的第一个方面所确定的装置中,夹板用弹性的条状材料制成一定的形状,从一端到另一端夹板装置有第一部分,该部分基本上是平面的,它有一个支承在所述盖板上部平面的底面,为躺靠在盖板的相邻端缘上,该夹板装置的第二部分基本上以垂直于所述的第一部分的方式伸展,而第三部分基本上与第一部分对面平行地伸展,而且超出所述的第一部分,以便能够做盖板的衬里。所说的第一部分,第二部分和第三部分构成了夹板装置的第一主要组成部分,夹板装置还包括第四部分,它从所说的第三部分延伸到所说的另一端,且为弯曲的,以便构成夹板装置的第二个主要组成部分。
每一个夹板由金属制成。
按照目前这项发明的第三个方面,该装置里设置一个遮盖电缆走线槽的盖板,盖板具有一套与目前这项发明第一个方面相一致的弹性夹板装置或有两个夹板,每一个夹板与这项发明的第二个方面相一致,而且盖板基本上是一个矩形板。
更可取地加工成波纹板。
更可取地由未增塑的聚氯乙烯原料(UPVC)制成板。
为了更好地理解这项发明,以及说明怎样实现上述发明,现在用参考资料,並带有附图,做为实施例。这些附图说明如下。
图1是与目前这项发明相一致的夹板装置的轮廓透视图。
图2是示于图1夹板装置的侧视图。
图3是轮廓的表示水泥电缆走线槽的侧视图,以及根据目前这项发明怎样用夹板装置把一个未增塑的聚氯乙烯(UPVC)制成的盖板装配在水泥电缆走线槽上。
图4是盖板的俯视图。
图5是沿图4中的Ⅹ-Ⅹ线的剖面图。
图6是一个透视图,它用来说明根据目前这项发明怎样用夹板把盖板卡紧在电缆走线槽上。
首先参照附图1和附图2,这里表示了一个有弹性的金属夹板装置1,该夹板装置适合于把基本上是矩形的盖板2(图3至图6)卡紧在电缆走线槽3的壁面上。
夹板装置1是条状的,而且它被加工成一定的形状,从一端到另一端夹板装置具有第一部分1A,1A被加工成基本上是平面的,为了支承在盖板2的上部平面上,第一部分1A有一个底面,为躺靠在盖板2的相邻端缘上,夹板装置1还包括第二部分1B,它基本上以垂直于第一部分1A的方式伸展,夹板装置1的第三部分1C基本上与第一部分是对面平行地伸展,而且伸展超过第一部分1A,当夹板装置1装配到盖板2的端缘上时,以便能够做盖板2的衬里,超过第三部分1C,夹板装置1还有第四部分1D,它是弯曲的,以便将它配置成靠压在电缆走线槽3的内壁3A上,将盖板2卡紧。
象图中所示那样,更可取地采用使夹板装置1与相关的电缆走线槽内壁3A产生压配合的手段而设置了第四部分1D,这指的是以图中所示的两排凹座4的形式构成。此外或另一种方案,可采用一个切口部分(图中未表示)来设置夹板装置1,切口自第四部分1D延伸,使其配置成靠压在壁面3A上。
更可取地用波纹板2A来设置盖板2,波纹板2A从一端至另一端横跨整个盖板,企图采用横跨电缆走线槽3宽度的波纹板2A将盖板装配到电缆走线槽3上。
更可取地,盖板2的尺寸是这样的,它的长度是497mm,宽约为500mm。盖板2的厚度大约3.5mm,同时在两波纹之间约40mm的距离内,波纹可在约11mm的高度范围内延伸。
可料想到,估算每个盖板的重量约1.55公斤,这种盖板将比目前所使用的水泥盖板轻得多。
如图3和图6所示那样,用一对相对配置的夹板装置1可将盖板2牢固地装配于电缆走线槽3上,夹板装置1以彼此反作用的方式靠压在相应的内壁3A上。夹板装置1加工成这样的尺寸,使它的第一部分1A能在相应的波纹2A的台肩处配合。

Claims (10)

1、一个有弹性的夹板装置,它用来将基本上是矩形的一个盖板卡紧在电缆走线槽上,该夹板装置包括两个夹板,每一个夹板分别有绕盖板的相应的相对端缘啮合的第一主要组成部分,每一个夹板还有靠压在电缆走线槽的相应的相对内壁上的第二个主要组成部分,夹板是这样配置的,当绕盖板的相对端缘配合並将盖板卡紧在电缆走线槽上时,它就以彼此反作用的方式靠压在电缆走线槽的相对壁面上。
2、按权利要求1的装置,其中把每一个夹板配置成靠压在电缆走线槽的相对内壁面上。
3、包括在按权利要求1或2的结构中的有弹性的夹板装置,用具有弹性的条状材料制成一定的形状,从一端到另一端,夹板装置有第一部分,它基本上是平面的,而且它有一个支承在所说的盖板上部平面上的底面,为躺靠在盖板的相邻端缘上,该夹板装置的第二部分基本上以垂直于所述的第一部方式伸展,而第三部分基本上与第一部分是对面平行的伸展,且超过所述的第一部分,以便能够做盖板2的衬里。所说的夹板装置的第一部分,第二部分和第三部分一起构成了所述的夹板装置的第一个主要组成部分,夹板装置还包括第四部分,它从所说的第三部分延伸到另一端,它是弯曲的,以便构成所述的夹板装置的第二个主要组成部分。
4、按权利要求3的一个有弹性的夹板装置,它是用金属制成的。
5、按权利要求4的一个夹板装置,其中所说的夹板装置的第二个主要组成部分含有两排凹座,使夹板装置同相关的电缆走线槽的内壁面产生压配合。
6、按权利要求4的一个夹板装置,其中把所述的夹板装置的第二个主要组成部分设置成带有一个切口部分,带切口部分靠压在电缆走线槽的相关的内壁上。
7、遮盖电缆走线槽的盖板,该盖板带有与权利要求1或2相应的夹板装置,该夹板装置有两个夹板,每一个夹板根据权利4到6中的任一项而设置,盖板基本上是一个矩形平板。
8、按权利要求7的一个盖板,它被加工成波纹板。
9、按权利要求7或8的一个盖板,它用未增塑的聚氯乙烯原料制成。
10、按权利要求7、8或9的一个盖板,其中将每一个夹板装配在盖板的波纹相应的台肩处。
