Abstract
一种不易堵塞的高压锅调压阀。这种调压阀的通汽孔进汽口处带有一过滤器，可以有效地防止调压阀堵塞，提高了高压锅的安全性。过滤器上的过滤罩为非固定式，便于取下进行清洗。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种改进的高压锅调压阀，可避免因调压阀堵塞造成的锅内压力失控。
高压锅的调压阀是保证锅内压力不超过额定压力的重要部件。如调压阀的通汽孔被汽流中所夹带的颗粒堵塞时就会发生危险。为了防止这种情况，现有的高压锅调压阀的进汽口处除有一个中心孔外，还有四个侧孔。但由于孔的数量有限，且都集中在汽流流速较大的一个很小的区域内，因而不能杜绝堵塞现象，且孔的清洗很不方便。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提出如下一种调压阀。该调压阀的特点是在调压阀进汽口处带有防止颗粒物进入通汽孔的过滤器。下面结合附图详细说明。附图为剖面图。调压阀的通汽管（1）穿过并固定在高压锅盖（2）上。在其位于锅盖内的进汽口（3）处带有一过滤器，过滤器可用薄金属板等材料制成，它分为底（4）和过滤罩（5）两部分。底的边缘有啮合结构，中心有一圆孔，固定在通汽管下端，圆孔与通汽孔相通，过滤罩上布有大量的过滤孔，其边缘有与底相配合的啮合结构，可以方便地装在底上，构成过滤器。这样，进汽口就被包容在由底和过滤罩所组成的空腔内，从通汽孔喷出的汽体都要经过过滤器的过滤，除去了会使通汽孔堵塞的颗粒，消除了通汽孔堵塞的可能性。另外，由于过滤罩上布有大量的孔，这些孔同时被堵住的可能性是极小的。这样就保证了调压阀的正常工作，提高了高压锅的安全性。
过滤罩与底之间通过啮合结构活动连接，便于取下进行清洗。

- 一种快速煮食用高压锅的调压阀，其特征是在调压阀进气口(3)处装有一个用簿金属板材料制成的过滤器。该过滤器由底(4)和过滤罩(5)两部分组合而成，底(4)和过滤罩(5)上有相互配合的啮合结构，底(4)固定在调压阀排汽管(1)下部靠近排液口(3)一端，过滤罩(5)通过啮合结构安装在底(4)上。
