本实用新型是为皮革或家具等进行自动涂油(或上光剂)并同时擦亮的便携式器具。
本实用新型是由带有圆珠5刷毛7、8的盒盖3以及盒2组成的新型刷头，配在交直流两用电源驱动的微电机上。盒内装满皮革油或上光剂等等，(视用途而定)旋转时，圆珠将油剂又薄又匀地涂在皮革或其他装饰面上，同时立即被它周围的刷毛擦亮。手持移动时，外圈的毛刷先去掉尘土。

Description

本实用新型是一种为家用电器、家俱、皮革涂油（或上光剂）並同时擦光的便携式器具。
现有的类似器具是电动鞋刷，只是取代了一块擦布而已，它不能解决油玷污人手的问题，因为人工涂油时同样要接触油盒、油剂之类、先涂油，再擦光，费时费油。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能自动出油（或上光剂）、而且除尘、涂油、擦光同时一次完成的便携式擦光器。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的叙述。附图是自动出油擦光器的剖面图、图中刷头是油盒2和盖3组成的空盒，里面充满革油或上光剂。可使用多次而不需人手去接触，完全避免了玷污人手。盖3和珠座4夹持着一对圆珠5，且各有一对通孔。刷头由微电机10带动旋转时，圆珠5将盒内的油剂象写字一样薄薄地涂在革面或家具上。盖4的外球面上植有两种弹性不同的毛，外圈是若干株猪毛7，用以刷去灰尘；内面几圈植若干株山羊毛或更细软的绒毛8，在圆珠5涂油剂的同时，立即擦光，使之生辉。盒2上有一个小孔9，让空气进入，以保证油剂能连续而适量由圆珠5涂写到革面上，有盖的筒1内装一节一号干电池和微电机10。电路采用同类产品的交直流两用电路。紧环6用以在旋动盖3调节好圆珠5的活动隙之后加以固定。
本实用新型的优点在于：装满一盒油剂以后，相当时期内人手不必接触油剂，完全杜绝了玷污人手的可能；涂油剂薄而匀，大大节约了油剂；代替了人工劳动的尘刷、油刷、油盒、擦布四件工具；除尘涂油、擦光同时一次完成，大大节约了时间。

Claims (1)

1、一种由油盒[2]和盖[3]构成刷头并与电源筒[1]组合而成的自动出油擦光器，其特征在于：
a、刷头上设有珠座[4]，它与盖[3]夹持着一对圆珠[5]；
b、油盒[2]上有进气小孔[9]；
c、盖[3]上有一个可调节圆珠[5]活动隙的紧环[6]；
d、盖[3]外球面外圈植有硬性刷毛[7]，内圈植有软性刷毛[8]。
