Abstract

本实用新型是为石油钻井工程中,鼠洞管内钻具上扣和卸扣而设计的一种卡紧装置。它是利用鼠洞管内钻具自重,使装置的翻板卡紧机构下移收缩,并借助于方钻杆旋转时的动力使颚板内滚子爬坡卡紧钻具。在鼠洞管内用大钳紧扣时能代替背钳。

Description

本发明属于石油钻井机械中钻具的上、卸扣工具,主要用于卡紧在鼠洞管内的钻具,使其上端钻具能迅速、简便地完成上、卸扣工作。
现有的无动力鼠洞管钻具卡紧装置有翻板式手动卡紧装置,它是由手动旋转-偏心牙板来实现卡紧钻具的,适用于小扭矩上扣,但在大扭矩紧扣时易使卡紧机构损坏。另一种是螺旋轨道下移卡紧装置,体积较庞大、结构复杂。以上两种装置只有一个旋向的卡紧功能,而另一旋向不能卡紧钻具,这是这类卡紧装置的不足之处。
本发明的任务是提供一种无动力、较简单的鼠洞管卡紧装置,它能承受钻具上、卸扣反扭矩,代替背钳。并能在左、右两个旋向卡紧钻具。
本发明的特征是:翻板卡紧机构的翻板(5)上带有弧形坡道C,颚板(5c)上带有弧形坡道B。C、B坡道相互对应,两个坡道之间装有圆柱形自由滚子(5a)。见附图(一)(二)
利用钻具接头座在悬挂勾(3)上时的钻具自重,使翻板卡紧机构(5)与浮动体(4)同时下移,则由于壳体(2)上的斜面A的作用,能使颚板(5c)向中心收缩,预先卡紧钻具。在钻具上扣或卸扣时所具有的旋转力的作用下,使装有弹性芯轴(5b)的自由滚子(5a)在弧形坡道B和C之间爬坡,从而进一步卡紧钻具。
具体实施方法:将翻板卡紧机构(5)掀开,放入钻具,当钻具下端接头通过卡紧装置后,合上翻板卡紧机构(5),使钻杆上端接头座在悬挂钩(3)上,当方钻杆接头与其鼠洞管内的钻杆接头对准扣,转动方钻杆上或卸扣时将鼠洞管内的钻杆卡住。当钻杆由鼠洞管内提起时,由于重力撤去,在弹簧(1)的作用下,翻板卡紧机构(5)及浮动体(4)同时向上运动,自动解脱卡紧力。钻杆提出鼠洞管卡紧装置时,钻杆下端接头的台阶将翻板卡紧机构(5)顶开,悬挂勾(3)回缩,为下一根钻杆放入作好准备。

Claims (2)

1、一种无动力鼠洞管钻具卡紧装置,其特征在于壳体(2)的内侧A面为一斜面,翻板卡紧机构的翻板(5)上带有弧形坡道C,在颚板(5C)上带有弧形坡道B,C、B坡道相互对应,两个坡道之间装有圆柱形自由滚子(5a)。
2、根据权项1所述的卡紧机构,其特征在于所述的自由滚子(5a)中间装有弹性芯轴(5b)。
